Stayed Jul 27, 2023Condo was PERFECT!!!!! Caribe resort absolutely sucked!! Elevators not working, teenagers overwhelming slides, property in general and could care less about other adults and small children, arcade machines broken, every common area inside sweltering hot, security a joke!! Probably understaffed and incompetent! Entire weekend 10-15 teenagers going down slides together jeopardizing structural integrity of the slides and small children lives…security shows for 5 minutes they stop then security leaves and they continue. No accountability!! Will NEVER stay there again!!! Need more?

Stayed Mar 30, 2021The place was great and large enough to move about comfortably for a family! Balcony was great. Kitchen was really nicely stocked. The outdoor/indoor pool area was so great for kids/families. There were so many pool choices that none of them ever seem crowded. My only complaints were that the unit could have been a bit cleaner. The floor felt gritty when we first walked in and there were stains on the furniture, ect. The second bedroom has a bizarre window overlooking....the elevator? Very strange as you would never pull the curtains up and it allowed every noise from the hallway/elevator to drift in to my childrens room. Besides those small things we had a lovely stay...
