Stayed Jul 7, 2025We really loved it. Yes it was a 3rd floor walk up but that breeze & view from the porch made it totally worth the climb. We had no issues with the property throughout our stay. The location is perfect. I was surprised to love the pool as much as I did with the beach right there. I hope to reserve the same spot again next year.

Stayed Apr 12, 2022Overall this was a good size condo and great location overlooking the ocean. Lots of flights and stairs to walk up, which was indicated- but just for people to note this. We had a few maintenance issues that was addressed in 24 hours- the fridge water and ice did not work and the TV did not work- all worked after maintenance came. There was no soap in any of the soap dispensers. It is clear that this is run by a company and not by a person. No personal touches, and having to work through different avenues of the company to get help in different areas- different contacts for maintenance, rental, and cleaning service with the delay in having to wait. And basic things not working because they are not checked prior to guests arrival.

Stayed Oct 1, 20202 bed; 1 ba condo; oceanfront; excellent view, party because it was a 3rd story walk up, but at the beach everything is built up 15 ft in the air, so its really a 4th floor walk up! The kitchen was recently renovated and that was good, although small. The rest of the place was in need of a renovation. The cable TV didn't have much on and there was no way to hook up to streaming services. The king bed was VERY uncomfortable.
