The condo was clean and well-maintained. It had a beautiful view and was quiet and peaceful. We loved it.

Pajaro Dunes is such a gem as you are in a secluded area of the coast because of all the surrounding farmland. Santa Cruz is just to the North & Monterey to the South! So much to see & do! We went in August & it was extremely quiet & peaceful.The unit is perfect in every way. The view of the Pajaro River, dunes, beach & birds is beautiful from inside & especially on the patio. It is on the second level but instead of steps there’s a long ramp. A large cart is provided to bring your supplies up. Only a few steps to get into the unit, so perfect for seniors. The weather was overcast part of the time but it is always nice to cool off when it’s over 100 degrees in the Sacramento Valley. I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the ocean each day & will bring my boogie board next visit.

Great views, quiet location. We enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the birds. Great food at the local restaurants and bakeries. Fantastic Farmers Market every Friday.

Adorable beachside condo—perfect for a family getaway! I really enjoyed the cozy vibe. I'm someone who appreciates pristine dishes because it helps me stay focused on the joy of the meal, so having scratch-free dishware would make the experience even better.

What a wonderful place to stay! Right next to beach and dunes - fabulous wildlife, especially Pelicans, to see and waves on the and open ocean gently crashing nearby. Kayaking and SUP at Elkhorn Slough we saw sea otters, seals and much more bird life. The apartment was as described only larger and so well appointed. Paul was immediately responsive and so helpful before we arrived. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This was my 50th year at this location which is outstanding. My only issue was the title indicates remodeled which clearly has been done, with the exception of one of the beds which is clearly overdue for replacement.

The location is great, isolated yet close to everything and with ocean views and beach access. This is a gated community, very safe and super quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a minor issue, it got resolved literally within 2 minutes.Will certainly stay here again.

We've made going to Pajaro Dunes a tradition over the years. This unit is spectacular in every sense. We've stayed at Pajaro Dunes in townhouses, houses, and condo units, each with its qualities and perks. This unit is perfect! Well-appointed kitchen, 2 very comfortable bedrooms, and very thoughtful additions and accessories too! Last but not least, breathtaking views all around. A large balcony makes your morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine truly moving events!

I’ve been staying at pajaro since I was a little tot myself, and so it’s always such a joy to come back with my own little tot in tow. This was a gorgeous home in the most perfect area, and our host was easy to reach and promptly communicative when we needed. Such a nice little retreat and reset! Highly recommend.

We always love staying at this property! That’s why we keep coming back! Serene, great location and comfortable. The beauty of the area is the cherry on top.

Great property! Views from the unit were all amazing. Short walk on a path down to the beach. Located out of the way from the tourist areas but still short drives to restaurants and things to do. Would stay again,!

Great property, beautiful location, condo well maintained, great WiFi. Just wished the telescope seen in listing had been available to bird watch. Overall, great experience!

We love Pajaro Dunes. It was a great unit. The owner responded to our request to change dates. We enjoyed the unit.

Loved our stay! Beds are heavenly. All items there that you need - if you’re a baker bring your own pans as just one flat baking sheet. Clean but needs a good deep clean such as baseboards, tub and light fixture's. Good view. Family oriented section. Lots of kids running etc but it is August. Lovely nights and beautiful view of the birds and their habitat. Will stay again!

Condo was very nice. We enjoyed the views. It was a great place for us gather and spend time together. This is a 2nd floor unit, there is a ramp instead of stairs. It was a little tough for pushing the wheelchair, but we managed. There are only 3 steps to get into the condo itself. It all worked out well for us.

Great restful condo. We walked the beach a lot and found great sand dollars. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds were the best and we relaxed instantly. I would suggest that the owner write down a process to reboot the internet if the power goes out. Once we got his number from the office he was very helpful. Thank you. We would return here if we want a great beach place to stay.
