Captivating Whitewater Ocean Views from This Gorgeous Condo!

Never met the host but the amenities were excellent. Everything promised in the ad.

Beautiful resort, nice view of Ocean from balcony.

Nice location but poor maintenance. Ants, construction, water shut offs, elevator was down more than once and worn out bed! Other wise inspiring ocean.

Everything went well. The bed was so comfortable. It is a perfect location with an ahhhmazing view.

The only reason I rated the location a 2 was the closeness to the pool which was very noisy all days and evenings.

Everything was perfect. My wife and I were there for five days. Had an amazing time. Condo had amazing views of the ocean and pool.

Was impressed by the unit we saw there was no air vents so no Ac but we had windows and sliding door open we had it open all night as well hearing ocean atday/night was amazing, unit can have some work done to it but it work which was fine it had dishes cookwear towels everything thats was ineeded to have in a living space, my family loved it

When we got to North Coast Village and our condo, it was heaven. A perfect view and the condo was, as well. Everything that was necessary for living was in the condo. The appliances are outdated (but worked fine) and the bathroom sink needs to be replaced, but the beds were comfortable as was the rest of the living space. I would rent this condo again.

It is within walking distance of everything Oceanside has to offer. That said, the condo is not new. The kitchen and bathroom need serious updating and the carpet is way past due for replacement. The rental company is very responsive to any concerns and it is a pleasure to deal with.

It was pretty good with the apartments in a good location . We were able walk to the marina which was nice and the facilities were good. Good pool, gym and the grounds were very nicely kept. The apartment itself had a lovely outlook overlooking the pool and also nice views of the ocean. However there were a few issues which let it down for us. The tv in the bedroom worked intermittently, the toilet kept blocking up, and we spoke to the office and they told us to fix it ourselves with the plunger that was provided so it’s quite clear this happens on a regular basis, some stains on the carpet , the dishwasher didn’t close properly, the door to the balcony extremely hard to open and the shower was terrible. I think if the owners gave this apartment some TLC, it would be really lovely but until then it’s probably worth staying elsewhere .

VERY nice property and amenities!!

Overall, unit was good. Great ocean and pool views. The mini-toilet was the one drawback, especially for tall people. Changing it to a normal size is greatly encouraged!
