Stayed Oct 9, 2025We enjoyed everything about staying at the Caprice so close to restaurants . The staff was also friendly. Sebastian was doing a great job with keeping everything cleaned every morning. It's never looked so nice. Leeann is the best she goes above and beyond?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an amazing time. Enjoyed the fenced area with green space, sand, grills and deck. Loved the close access to the beach. Pool was a great break from the beach. LeeAnn in the office was super friendly and was willing to help in any way.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969we enjoyed our visit! it would have been nice to have easier access to the actual property… the gates weren't working and they were working on new sand dunes . it all worked out. still had a good time!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Office staff (Leanne) was wonderful! Check-in/out easy. View was awesome from master bedroom. Parking space was easy in/out. Pool water was perfect temperature. Quiet after 11:00pm on a weekend. Close to great restaurants and steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Saw many sea birds and dolphin.
