Capri 308 has been thoughtfully renovated with gorgeous new flooring, reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OCMD Boardwalk. The soothing colors of sand and sea are warm and welcoming, and the new furnishings provide plenty of space for everyone to spread out - there is even a Sleeper Sofa for an additional sleeping option. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, or take in that salty-sweet sea breeze and breathtaking View from your Private Balcony. After a fun-filled day on the Beach, take a refreshing diip in the Indoor Pool, or lounge on The Capri’s huge Oceanfront Sun Deck.

The Chef in your family will love the recent updates to the Kitchen providing all the conveniences of home! Well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime a bay breeze, you can grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or prepare a delicious dinner and dine with jaw-dropping Views of the Ocean and the Bay. Huge glass windows framing water and city views surround the spacious and tastefully decorated Living and Dining areas.

Capri 308 will comfortably accommodate your family with 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. The Primary Bedroom, sure to be a peaceful retreat, is located at the end of the Hall with a Queen Bed, as well as a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). There is a Flat Screen TV, so you can relax and watch your favorite show while you drift off to sleep. The Attached Full Bath has been beautifully renovated with Custom Tile and a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 has a plush Queen Bed and is decorated with a coastal flair. Just out in the Hall is another Fully Renovated Bath with a spacious Walk-in Shower.

Enjoy a gorgeous day on the Beach with a book from the Capri’s Library, or dig into the plentiful amenities that are offered. This building features a beautiful Indoor Pool Solarium filled with lush tropical plants - and the pool is open all year! Other exciting amenities include Tennis Courts, an indoor Basketball Court, Game Room, Exercise Room and Sauna, and a huge Oceanfront Sun Deck. You are only a short walk from many OC attractions and some of the best dining available. There is something for every member of the family at the Capri!

Building Registration Fee: There is a $75 non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival at The Capri and includes 1 assigned parking space. This is NOT included in the rental rate. Additional parking passes may be available, mostly in off season, at Security for an additional charge.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
