Capital City Condo #4

Very clean inside. Seemed to be safe & quiet outside no problems. Lots of parking. Could use slip proof coating in bathtub. Will use again when back in Frankfort

Host communications were great. Room was great. Some reviews say the area is shady but we had no issues the entire week. We will stay here again. If you run into the owner stop and talk with him, you may learn a few things about the area history.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations fit our needs very nicely. We did have one issue that was taken care of within an hour. Very efficient and friendly staff made for a carefree time. Thank you!

The bed wasn’t the greatest but it was fine for just me. The host was great. There was a small issue but the host took care of everything and was very proactive with resolving the issue before I even knew about it

The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but it was very quiet and overall a nice place to stay. It is in a great location as far as access to everything in Frankfort. The apartment was very clean and a nice place to stay for our visit. I will definitely be booking this property again on my future trips to the area.

Although the area seemed sketchy my husband had no trouble at all during his stay! The inside was very clean and maintained well. The bed was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped- with the exception of a can opener but that was no big deal. My husband travels for work and carries thousands of dollars worth of tools in his truck. He was very worried about the area but told me the parking lot was well lit. He woke up several times the first night to look outside and check that things were ok. He had no troubles at all and said he would stay there again when/if he’s ever in the area.

This is a great fit for us when we come to visit family in the area. Most other places are out of our price range. Had everything we need.

This was so fitting for the short stay we needed, super clean, safe area away from Main Street, laundry mat near by just incase. This was a great stay!

We were very happy with this location. Definitely plan to use it again when we come down to visit our family.

I stayed one night in the condo(with a preteen) and booked for two, it was nice for a weekend trip if you weren’t planing on staying in the condo the entire trip. Definitely a place to lay your head. But it also just felt so empty it wasn’t giving homey feeling like I’ve had with other rentals in the past. Something just felt off I can’t explain it but it was an odd feeling. But the queen size bed LOVED it I’ve never had a more comfortable bed to sleep on and the host was always quick to respond to a message.

The space is a great alternative to staying at a hotel annd has alil the conveniences of home. all the amenities! The area is conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. This was the second time we stayed at this location and won’t be the last!

We stayed at this condo for a few days. Worked for heat we needed.

This location is about 30-45 minutes from some of the most popular Bourbon Trail stomps and has several good restaurants nearby. (Buffalo Trace is only about a 5-minute drive.) This one-bedroom condo is perfect for two people and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We would 100% stay again.

Sketchy neighborhood, worn couch, worn pillows, worn sheets. Dirty wall trim, dirty walls, dirty kitchen sink dirty bathroom exhaust fan. Blinds that didnt go to the floor for privacy. It’s on an Avenue not a drive like it is listed. I dont know how this host is listed as premier!!

We stayed at this location for the second time and it was just as quiet and cozy as the first time. Our friends joined us and had the same positive feedback. We will be back! Thank you!

The unit is very clean. Check out is the easiest ever—just lock the door upon leaving!

This 1 bedroom apartment is a functional and affordable unit a short drive from Buffalo Trace. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and large. The unit itself was a little difficult for us to find due to a later than expected arrival in the dark; I suspect there would be no issue with this during the daytime. The apartment complex is a bit rundown which gives a little perspective as to why there are no outside pictures of the unit on the listing. Overall, a decent stay at a reasonable price close to our ultimate destination.

Clean, neat convenient with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Surprisingly quiet. Would stay here again.

The place was as described, size was perfect for me and my wife. If you are a buffalo trace fan you are less then 10 minutes away. Kitchen could use a little TLC and maybe update the cooking utensils and pots and pans.

This was to be a quick one night stay while we did a barrel selection at BT the next day. The condition of this unit is shabby. There was mildew and pink mold stains in the shower. This is not a condo but rather an old dilapidated apartment complex that appears to have other units under renovation. The last thing I noticed on our way out, about 5 minutes after arriving since we did not stay, where the screwdriver pry marks in the door frame that tore the door seal. I wasn't carrying since we flew, so glad we moved to a hotel. Not our cup of tea.

We stayed two nights. The condo was easy to find, super cute and in a quiet neighborhood! Easy check in and out. I really enjoyed the information booklet provided by the hosts.

We didn't arive until after dark. Could not see the numbers on the doors with no or very dim lights. We did not feel safe and stayed at a hotel instead. When i messaged the manager we got no response. We have used VRBO in the past with no issues and will use them again. Should have done more research before this trip.

Unit was very close to Hwy 127 yard sale route. The unit itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Only drawbacks were building exterior in need of updates and repairs. Neighborhood was a bit run down. While we were very satisfied with unit would probably choose a different location next time.

The condo worked really well for our extended weekend trip. It's in a great location to visit several distilleries.
