Capistrano E101. Gulf Front, Direct private beach access, Pet Friendly.

There was confusion and misinformation at check in. the door code we were given was incorrect. The wi-fi did not work very well. The curtains on the sliding doors did not close all of the way leaving huge gaps and preventing real privacy. The pros are the location is great. The condo was fairly clean. There were no checkout procedures posted anywhere in the unit, as we have found in all of our previous rentals.

We love this property because of its central location to all our favorite spots. We're a mile to the edge of Rosemary and about the same to the Hub. We love hopping on our bikes and just heading out to grab a bite, drink, or shop. It's nice that the building only has 9 units thus honoring the charm and privacy. The open common area is nice for kids that just want to get outside and throw balls or play. The sunsets are unbeatable! Enjoy walking the empty beaches during the off season too. Gorgeous sandy beach and crystal blue waters. Capistrano is a hidden gem!

The accommodations were great. Beautiful view. The refrigerator went out. It was the 23rd of December. The host team worked miracles and got a new refrigerator installed on Christmas Eve. They really made sure we were taken care of. We would definitely go back.

I don’t want to rave too much because then this condo won’t be available for me to rent in the future! We had a wonderful stay. Will come back!

Nice location. Walking distance to Alys and Rosemary beach area. Would stay again.

Comfortable and convenient access to the beach. Noise of second floor occupants and especially the cleaning crews was a distraction to an otherwise nice relaxing vacation.

Loved the location and the ease of parking . Property management was very easy to communicate with. Would stay there again for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. However, the rental is outdated. Was not clean. Oven had oven cleaner not wiped down in it. Bathrooms had dust but somewhat clean, outdated. Disappointed with the cleanliness.

We had a wonderful trip… great access to the beach and Alys beach where the wedding took place. Very accommodating so we could get in as soon as the property was ready to get ready for the welcome party. Would highly recommend

This condo was very spacious and great location. Only complaints are the tvs are somewhat confusing to use and the showers are very small(shower head is only comfy for people under 5’7” and the walls were curved so hard to hold our shampoos bottles), minor things.

We had a great Fall Break at this unit. Very close to beach access. Management very responsive. 30-A never disappoints.

Lovely condo. Loved the green space and private beach access with chairs and umbrella reserved for us! We would definitely stay again. Great location to drive to Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Easy to get to the airport. Great Experience!
