Inside

The kitchen was recently updated with crisp white cabinets, a brushed gold faucet, white tile backsplash, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Stainless steel appliances — full-size fridge, oven and microwave — mean you can cook like you're at home. A breakfast bar and separate dining nook keep things flexible for meals or a workspace.



The living room has a large sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and plenty of windows that let in natural light. Wood-look tile floors run throughout — durable, easy to clean, and perfect for sandy feet.



Both bedrooms feature king-size beds with a low, easy-to-get-into platform design — great for anyone who prefers not to climb up into a tall bed. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains in each room.



The master suite has its own ensuite bath with a gold-framed mirror and updated fixtures. The guest bedroom is just as spacious, with its own full bathroom across the hall — this one features gorgeous blue-green tile and gold hardware.



In-unit stacked washer and dryer tucked in the hallway— a must for longer stays. High-speed internet, cable TV, and A/C throughout.



Guest Access:

You get the full condo to yourselves. I'll send your digital lock code, building access details, and parking info a few days before check-in — completely seamless.

One note: all renters must complete a short application with The Villages of Seaport Condo Association to confirm the booking. I'll walk you through it — super easy. Access is seamless with digital lock codes provided shortly before checkin.



The Neighborhood:

This is Cape Canaveral — right in the middle of everything on the Space Coast:

Kennedy Space Center — ~20 minutes

Port Canaveral — ~5 minutes (cruises, deep-sea fishing, waterfront dining)

Walt Disney World — 1 hour (this is Orlando's closest beach!)

You're surrounded by local restaurants, fishing charters, water sports, charming shops, and fresh seafood spots. The laid-back Cape Canaveral vibe is hard to beat.



Getting Around:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is less than an hour away. Rent a car, Uber, or grab a beach shuttle — tons of options.



Other Things to Note:

This is a monthly rental with a 30-night minimum stay.



️ Both bedrooms feature king beds with a low-profile platform design. They're super comfortable and easy to get into — just want to mention it so there are no surprises if you're used to a taller bed frame.



Cleaning fee is already included in the nightly rate — no surprise add-ons.



️ Damage waiver included — up to $1,000 of accidental damage coverage is built into every reservation (just let me know right away if anything happens).
