Stayed Mar 29, 2025We are a family of four. Two adults and two children. This condo was perfect for us. The location was beachfront, 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center and an hour to Orlando. This condo is on the first floor which is wonderful for easy access to the beach and pool. It has a nice backyard too. But if you are looking for an ocean view you will need to stay on another floor. We didn’t mind but just wanted to mention it. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We brought our own pillows and had noise machines to drown out noise above us or just to make it less quiet. Kitchen was stocked with basics and we managed. But no extras. We had plenty of towels for pool, shower, and kitchen use. Public is super close to the condo and so is pretty much anything else you need. We enjoyed our stay! It was our first in Cocoa Beach and we recommend Cape Winds Resort.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We stayed here the last week of July 2023. Pool was great, and the walk to the water sand was short and easy with 3 kids. We truly enjoyed our stay! Food was great too our favorite was Rusty’s. We were able to watch the cruise ships go by. We also loved that it was just an hour to Disney and we went for the day! The last night we did Putt Putt golf and it was great. Over all we truly enjoyed our time! We even got to see a rocket launch from the beach at night, which was very Cool. We are very impressed with the Space Coast. The water nice and refreshing and also pretty clear for the Atlantic. We will be back!
