Red Pine Condominiums is a large complex with approximately 24 buildings nestled below Utah’s newest and largest ski resort, The Canyons. Red Pine is located within walking distance to the Cabriolet (parking lot gondola) or you can catch the free bus from Red Pine to any of Park City’s resorts (Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort) all located within 3-4 miles. The free bus system will also take you all around Park City’s historic downtown which provides excellent restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up at the condo and take you to the Canyons Village so there is no need to walk to/from the cabriolet lift at the start and end of your day.

Red Pine is less than an hour from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain Resorts.

To enjoy Park City during the summer and fall months, activities include golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding and the Park City Film Series.

Red Pine offers large common green areas, lots of pine trees, lots of parking and fantastic views. The Red Pine clubhouse has 2 swimming pools (1 heated in winter), a kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQs, sand volleyball and tennis courts.

This unit, with views of Iron Mountain, sleeps 6. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom area is on the second floor over-looking the living room and has a queen-sized bed. The loft has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms complete with plush towels.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with new pots and pans, plenty of dishes and utensils as well as a crock pot, toaster and coffee maker. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The living room has a wood burning fireplace (wood included), comfy over-sized furniture, cable TV and free WiFi. There is a large balcony off the living room. Drop your skis and jackets inside the coat closet right when you open the front door. Plenty of additional closet space, including a pantry, throughout the unit.

Easy to find and easy to get to. Thirty minutes to/from SLC airport. Take 224 off Interstate 80 for 3 miles and make a right. Great location right in between tons of shopping and Main Street Park City. There is a 7-11 within walking distance.

No pets allowed in the complex.

    Perfect location for easy access to Canyons. Host was easy to communicate with and the unit was well stocked with all the necessities. Spa and sauna are a perfect way to recover after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended, will stay again.

    We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was as described. We had plenty of room and the property was clean. The host was great to deal with. He was very responsive. The location and shuttle service during ski season can’t be beat. It is not a new property but it is a great value for your money. We appreciated having a bbq grill on the deck. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

    Been to other Vrbo vacation condos. This had the best set up very happy with the space. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Quality furniture comfortable beds. Close to the slopes in a nice areaPhil is very responsive to needs and questions. Very easy process to rent and stay at. Would rent again

    The condo was very close to the Cabriolet lift that takes you to the base of the mountain. We valet our skis so it was an easy walk to the lift. The condo was clean and comfortable to easily sleep a family of four. The condo had all the basics allowing for us to make some of our own meals. Washer and dryer is nice to have. The shuttle service to the mountain and downtown is very convenient so we did not need a car. However, be aware there can be a wait during busy times. We loved the hot tub, pool and sauna. Phil was a great communicator and very easy to work with. Would stay there again.

    2 story chalet was very well stocked and in a good location. We mainly used The Canyons Shuttle which was terrific and easy with app to get to the mountain and the bus stop. The chalet is in need of a remodel with much creaking of the floors particularly the floor in second story loft which happens to be right above the master. The unit has limited outlets in bedrooms for charging tech. Shower whistled when running warm water. Slate floor was not clean upon arrival, table was sticky and dishwasher was full (we were not sure if dishes were clean or not). Pocket doors in kitchen were very old and flimsy. Door lock for sliding glass door to patio was a wooden stick stuck in groove. As others have mentioned, it is a one bedroom on first floor and an open loft upstairs with a queen and 2 twin beds sharing a bath. We did enjoy the heaters in the baths. All appliances worked appropriately. Owner was good to work with.

    The location was everything we expected. Utilizing the free Canyons pick up service to take us to the gondola (although we could have walked to the cabriolet) and the fare-free bus services to Park City was the icing on the cake for our stay at Canyons. Phil (Host) was quick to respond to any email query that we had, and the condo was well stocked. Good value! We are already planning for next year.

    Just completed our second stay at this gem of a property. Everything you need and fabulous location. Great time had by all. Cozy beds, wonderfully equipped condo. Can’t wait to head back
