Important Things to Note

• Parking: Unassigned parking for one vehicle in the underground garage. Please pick up the required parking pass from the on-site office (open 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the loft bedroom and/or parts of the home.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone and cleaned up after; additional cleaning/damage fees may apply.

• Communal amenities: Guests have access to the community hot tub and sauna, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Availability may vary by season and building schedules.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available on site.

• Neighbor awareness: As in many condo communities, you may hear neighbors through shared walls. Please be mindful of quiet hours.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    This is a very difficult review to write because I really did love the property. It was cozy and seemed clean but I have to be honest in my review. My issue was with the sleeping arrangements. I booked the property for 3 people, the property was advertised as sleeping 4 people but when we arrived the sofa bed was broken and not usable. I contacted the host immediately when finding the issue and sent them photos of the bed. They apologized for the inconvenience. While I appreciated the apology, my guest, who was an adult had to sleep on the couch or the floor, both were not ideal or unacceptable. I did ask if there was some compensation for the fact that we booked a property that slept 4 people but in reality, only slept 2 people. I expected at least one night would be reimbursed for our inconvenience. They responded that they would look into it and then never responded back. When I followed up, I felt a bit dismissed. They told me that they already reimbursed me 150 (which was about 10% of what I paid) but if I had not followed up I would not have known at all. As I mentioned, I did like the property, but I can’t book this in the future and if you are needing a property that sleeps more than 2 people, I don’t believe this would be able to accommodate you. The communication was easy and pleasant.

    Unit in very good condition. Host was very responsive for questions. The in-house documentation could be better for things like TV setup, laundry location, pool / spa hours, etc, but overall very good experience.

    Great little loft in Mammoth - the condo's kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We took advantage of the multiple BBQs available and cooked almost every meal. Communication with the host was prompt and easy, and they were very helpful with an issue we encountered. The kids enjoyed the pool and waving to the bear on our way in and out of the community. Would definitely stay here again!

    When we first arrived the smell was so bad, like a Fabreeze bomb had gone off. I didn't think we could stay. We opened the sliders and door and used a box fan.It. Was awful but got better by the next day. sliders and door, put a fan in the doorrway
