This spacious townhome offers two comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed baths, designed for relaxation and convenience. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed. For additional guests, two single beds with frames are available to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Ample closet space provides plenty of room for storage during your stay.

The inviting living room boasts soaring ceilings and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course and stunning red rock formations — the perfect backdrop for unforgettable sunsets.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast, enjoying your morning coffee, or cooking a delicious dinner in. This thoughtfully designed townhome is ideal for both relaxing retreats and memorable gatherings.

Guest have access to all rooms and garage.

To comply with HOA rules we do require a copy of the renting adult's driver's license and car license plate. This can be emailed to me once booking is completed.

We are located in a HOA community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am noise, music should be kept to a minimum.

AMMENITIES:
Swimming Pool and Hot Tub
The swimming pool and hot tub are available for our guests use. These are located near the community's entrance. No glass is permitted within the pool area. Please also pay special attention to the safety rules which are located all around the pool.
Guests will use code C1950 to gain access.

Golf
Guests may play golf by booking online. Golf carts are available for rent if desired.

Tennis/Pickleball:
Canyon Mesa has two hard tennis courts and four pickle ball courts open to the public. No membership is required – call ahead for reservations and costs.

Pickleball is available Tuesday thru Sunday from 10 am until 2 pm.
