MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the check in must be at least 14 days out. After 24 hours, if you cancel 7-14 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
