Canal Park Condo Duluth

Condo was perfect for me and my two kids. Beds were super comfortable. View was amazing with William Irving ship outside the bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. Property owner was so kind and responsive. Only issue we had was chlorine levels in pool (hotel issue; not condo) that haven’t kids chlorine rashes which was very painful. Happened two different days which was unfortunate.

The condo was perfect for a family of four! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were amazing! There was adequate towels and toiletries. It was all clean and well maintained.As a helpful note, be sure to read all the instructions provided because parking and entrance can be confusing. Any door from the parking lot can get you to where you need to go!

The location and type of unit worked out great for us. The unit is spacious, has a cool vibe, and is well-appointed. Beth was very responsive and interested in seeing that we had a good experience.

We had a great stay at this Duluth condo and would absolutely come back! The location is unbeatable—right in Canal Park and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the lakewalk, which made everything so convenient for our family.The condo itself was spacious and perfect for traveling with kids. Having a separate living area and kitchen made it feel much more comfortable than a standard hotel room, and we loved having the extra space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids.We also loved how easy it was to get out and explore. We spent a day at Spirit Mountain and another walking over to the Great Lakes Aquarium, which was such a fun and easy outing with the kids.The building has a lot of character and charm, and being an older historic property, there is a bit more noise than you might find in a newer hotel. We were glad we brought sound machines, which made a big difference for sleeping.Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a roomy, centrally located place to stay in Duluth!

It was a PERFECT location in the Canal Street area - we walked pretty much everywhere over the beautiful weekend. The space was very cute and cozy, and perfect for a girl weekend. The host was very responsive and accomodating, and we would absolutely stay here again! The only note is that the coffee maker was a bit dirty, but we gave it a quick cleaning and it was good to go.

Clean and spacious rooms, fully stocked and nice kitchen with dishwasher, overlooking the docks, perfect location in Canal Park. Nice to have dedicated parking lot for the building.

The location is great, lots of options for shopping, restaurants & sight seeing just outside the door. We really appreciated having a full kitchen and took advantage of being able to cook up family favorite recipes. The fireplace made for cozy evenings of relaxing and visiting. We had a couple of issues upon check-in, but the host was quick to respond and dealt appropriately with our concerns.

Place was in a great location and was big enough for our family of 6. Kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. The beds could use replaced specifically one of the full size and the pull out bed were wore out. Also, needs more lighting very dark. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. Having access to the hotel amenities - gym, pool was nice. It was great to have the Hoops Brewery attached - we were happy to have it during NBA western conference finals. I’d recommend this property.

We needed somewhere to stay for graduation. We had to consider the size of our party and accessibility to the DECC for our 82 year old mom to walk for the ceremony. This place fit the bill. It accommodated us and was so affordable compared to getting 2 hotel rooms for the weekend. I couldn’t believe it had a hand mixer and mixing bowls so I could finish making the dessert. It was so comfortable and saved us so much money as we could make our own breakfasts and dinner. The hosts had excellent communication. We will be back

Wonderful place to stay and awesome to be able to use the hotel Hot tub and Pool. Owner was pleasant and great to work with. Walking distance to everything in Canal Park. Highly recommmed, especially for a family with teenagers.

Awesome location, right in Canal Park. Plenty to walk to and right off the interstate, easy to get anywhere in Duluth. Kitchen had everything we needed to make just a few meals

Came here with family to see the holiday Bentleyville lights and it did not disappoint! Very easy to get in and out, walked all of canal park, and accommodations were comfortable and clean. Kids especially loved the puzzles and games!

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The location with Hoops brewery in the same building and bars and restaurants so close was a major plus.

Cool older building. Close to restaurants, bars and stores. Able to look out the window and see a big ole haunted boat. Clean, quiet room, comfy bed. Would stay again.

The four of us are very happy with our stay at the condo. First, the host is an excellent communicator! They responded quickly with any questions we had. Next, the location is primo!! We walked to nearly all of the places we went. Then, the condo itself is just super cool within a repurposed historic building. Plus, free parking! We love Duluth and will stay at this condo again.

My sisters and I have been taking a 4 day trip each July for 17 years. For the last few years we’ve chosen Duluth and the condo we rented this year was the best ever because of the location on canal park. We were close (within walking distance) to everything…restaurants, shopping, harbor ferry rides, etc. The condo itself was very nice for the six of us. The owner was responsive to any questions/concerns we had. If you stay here, try to take in a play at the local community theater. We’ve seen at least 4 shows there recently and they were all very well done.
