Canaan Valley 1BR renovated 1BR, family friendly.

Our room was clean and had all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortale and the fresh mountain air was just what we needed to clear our heads on a much needed stress reducing weekend getaway. Our experience with Cam and the Aussieman Rentals team was positive from beginning to end. Looking foward to our next getaway!

This is a very beautiful and relaxing stay! We went the weekend of Easter so we had to get firewood at Shop and Save, but it's right at the bottom of the hill. Also, the Jacuzzi was wonderful, it does take a while for hot water but once it gets hot, it's very hot! Everything was clean and neat. The view from the room was gorgeous! We had an amazing weekend!

First and foremost, the condo was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I loved that it had a little balcony to enjoy my coffee in the morning and to view stars at night. It is in a beautiful setting and only 4 miles from Davis, where you can find places to eat. The location is ideal for visiting many natural areas and Blackwater State Park. It was very quiet the week we were there in early October too.

Unit had everything I needed and was in a great location a little outside of town with great mountain views. Would definitely return!

Nice place. Affordable price. Will stay again. Nearby to Canaan valley and black water falls. Had fun on our 2 days.

We would stay here again. The location was very nice and the view out out the back of the unit was pretty. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a little different having the coffee maker and dishwasher in the bathroom. But I got used to it.

Great place Super clean. Everything you need to prepare and cook your own meals is provided. The host is quick to answer any questions and is very accommodating. I can't say enough good things. Would definitely again.

Beautiful area. Close to all the hiking we did. Super clean. Host was communicative, but not overly so. He checked twice to see if all was good. Unit is spacious, with ample room for sitting and relaxing. Lovely view from the balcony. Would book here again!

Loved the property! Great communication with manager. Easy access to everything. Amazing view! Accommodating to early check in. Parking was very close to door. Balcony was lovely.

A quaint one-room condo with a great view of the mountain, the fireplace and jacuzzi were our favorite amenities.

Our family stayed here over the long holiday weekend. We had a great time and the location was perfect for the snow activities. Management is responsive and the communication is great. We appreciated that they cleaned off our car from the snow and gave us more time to check out after the snow storm. The place overall was a good stay for our family and the things we wanted to do over the weekend. However, the unit is very loud. If you are looking for a quiet, restful vacation, this may not be the pace for you. The guests in the unit above us were so loud every night for hours. What sounded like dancing, or exercising started every night around 10pm and would go on for hours. It made sleeping very difficult. We let management know about it, but the late night banging and stomping continued. If you get unlucky like we did, you could end up with a restless vacation.

Great location, check in was very easy We came to ski . Host was great and when the resort lost water he brought us some water to help get us through

Stayed here for the weekend to ski Timberline. The views were great. It was quiet at night. The room is like a lodge room but with the benefits to do some very cooking plus the jetted tub and fireplace. Definitely hope to catch another opening this winter to stay another weekend.

Wonderful relaxing location cozy space with all amenities that you’d need . Mattress and pillows not very comfortable tho .

The rental was exactly as described but better. It had all the amenities plus some gorgeous views. The host was responsive and checked in with us each day to make sure everything was OK. It was a wonderful stay and we will be back!

We love staying at Black Bear Resorts. This is our fourth year staying there. Cameron is a great host and always great communicating. His rentals are so nice and perfect for us. Have everything we need for a comfortable stay. We really are pleased with our stay. We will be back next year.

We stayed here twice. Condo has everything we need, it’s clean. We love the area!

Great condo in a wonderful location to take advantage of hiking and biking activities. Quiet and peaceful on the resort. Grounds are well maintained and make for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Although it is a bit unconventional in design, everything worked. Water ran only about 5 min. Before it got hot. Beds were ok not great. We liked that it was in the middle of everything in proximity. Very good to work with.

Modest and exactly what we were told. Couldn't be happier
