We were surprised to find the unit had been updated prior to our visit and was very tastefully done. It met all expectations and then some. We will be back once the 2023 calendar opens! Thank you owners of 404 for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy a week in your beautiful home.

Everything was top notch except the internet, it was an open internet and everyone on the resort must have been on it because it was slow. I think for the price a stand alone unit internet should be added. Everything else was perfect.

We've just returned from a family vacation in this lovely unit. It's our second time at Litchfield and I think this is now our go to location! I love how quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained the property is! Great pools, nice elevators, luggage carts, etc. This unit was very spacious, with amazing ocean views. We had everything we needed, including a nice sized laundry room! We were a party of 7 and we had plenty of room. My only suggestion for improvements are cosmetic and didn't affect our enjoyment: The provided linens were thin and cheap feeling. (some towels so worn out they were falling apart!) The comforter in master bedroom was quite lumpy and two small for the bed. And the fan in MBR probably has seen better days - on high it's a slow spin at best. Overall, at this price point, I thought some the furnishings were a little in need of sprucing up. (sofa is stained and dingy, showing it's age, etc.) But these are minor observations. I do think a 10:00 check out is a little rough! I've never had a check out earlier than 11 at most properties I've rented over the years.

This was a family Thanksgiving vacation. The condo was as pictured but was even better in person! Everyone’s first expression was, “ Wow! Look at this view!” We loved how open the space was. There was sitting room for all in the living area. The bedroom arrangement could not have been better. Kitchen was great for preparing large meals. The balcony furniture was wonderful- loved the sturdy rocking chairs. Now wanting to plan a return visit!

My husband and I stay in Litchfield Beach every year around the end of October and have rented many of the Cambridge condos. This place was very clean and comfortable. We did not have any issues. The views cannot be beat. The pictures really do not do it justice. Just a suggestion though. For the bedroom with the twin beds pushed together to create a king bed, I would suggest a mattress topper or something to cover the split in the middle.

This property was just perfect! Stunning views from the balcony. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend.

The condo is spacious, with great vistas of the beach and ocean. Fantastic complex, covered reserved parking space. Our vacation was unspoiled by the following comments. We made the best but will not rent this unit again. There are other units in the same building that are nicer that we have rented in the past for less. The condo amenities were not what we were expecting for the rate paid. The floor is sealed concrete, carpets worn in bedrooms. The linens are cheap and worn. The bath towels are thin and worn out. The furniture is worn and stained. The main bedroom is warm as only one vent and the ceiling fan is broken, one speed, slow. A box fan was provided but still a warm room even with shades pulled down, no ocean views. The smaller bedroom on the ocean side, the bathroom configuration is odd in that the TP holder is not near the toilet. The kitchen is supplied with standard rental unit supplies, most worn out. The cleaning crew, local contact was very responsive to all requests, including a late night visit on check in day to clean what should have been cleaned. They had missing supplies delivered next business day which was appreciated. Also accommodated a 11:00 check out which was also appreciated.

We enjoyed the comfort, spaciousness, and ease and convenience of this property, as well as the extraordinary view from the many glass doors. The pools and beach were so easy to access and very clean. We hope to return!
