Awesome condo! Owner kept me informed of parking and codes. We would plan on staying again next year!

Overall our experience wasn't great. We didn't have a working refrigerator all week as well as other issues. Upon arrival, we unpacked and unloaded all of our groceries. We went to dinner and when we got back the fridge was beeping high temperature and very warm. We had to throw out all of our perishables. We contacted the host who called in a ticket and the repairman came 48 hours later. They fixed the fridge so we went to the grocery store to restock. Later that evening the fridge was again beeping with a high temperature warning. We lost the contents of our fridge again. We let the host know and she said she was going to call in another ticket but never did. The reality is that we didn't have a working fridge all week. We couldn't bring leftovers home not could we purchase food to cook. We were out hundreds of dollars. The host offered no additional help to us such as a mini fridge or cooler. There were some other maintenance issues including the sliding door in the master bedroom wouldn't close all the way. This created a gap in the bottom of the door where hot and humid air poured into the room. The host made no attempt to fix this issue either. Both during and after our stay we were in communication with the host. We did ask for a partial refund/reimbursement which is inline with VRBO's best practices to compensate us especially for losing the contents of our fridge twice, inability to cook, etc. She refused.We're disappointed and don't recommend this condo.

Awesome place to stay, so so convenient, the elevator to this unit only goes to the 4th floor and the condo is the 1st one down the hall off the elevator. No elevator waiting or accidentally going up to the higher floors. Also the elevator is in the office/gift shop area which is air conditioned. Very nice when it’s super hot on the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated unit. It has beach chairs for the week that come with the rental. I didn’t realize this when I booked. When I come back to Panama will definitely try to stay in this unit again.

Wonderful condo! Everything was perfect. Also, it is on the 4th floor, and there is a semi-private elevator right outside the condo door that goes only to the 4th floor, saved tons of elevator time.We loved this place. Thank you Julie.

We enjoyed our time in PCB very much! Condo was perfect. Beach was absolutely beautiful! Tiki bar and pool were fun! We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation! Condo was beautiful and location was perfect! 4th floor is just high enough to see EVERYTHING/enjoy the balcony without the vertigo experience. The host Julie was extremely responsive. All in all 10/10

The condo needs some work. The sliding door going out of master bedroom does not close all the way, so it will not lock. Refrigerator froze everything even after it was turned all the way down. Expected better when you pay a large amount per night

Extremely clean, awsun views of Gulf, right on the beach. Low 4th floor. We just had an amazing 9 days here. WE WILL BE BACK. The owner takes great pride in this condo as well as very pleasant to talk with.

The condo and location was excellent. The host was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The amenities included are amazing. The gym, pools and garage are all very clean. I highly recommend this property.

The unit was very spacious, clean and in the perfect location! We loved it and had an amazing time. We will definitely be requesting this same unit in the future!

We had a great week despite some challenges Pros 1. This place is huge and the beach is gorgeous. 2. The location is great. You’re on the 4th floor so you get a separate elevator 3. The condo is fully stocked with utensils and even games for the kids. 4. The couch and the beds were super comfortable. Cons 1. There was a giant pee spot in the center of the sheets in the extra bedroom. The owner said there were extra sheets but we never found one that fit so we put a flat sheet on it. She also said “old sheets have stains”. No one wants to sleep in pee stained sheets. 2. The thermostat kept saying poor air quality which really freaked me out with my kids there. Host said it’s a program she signed up for and to open the doors and it will go away. It did improve sometimes but not always. I sent her a picture of the filter that was directly beside it because I thought that might be part of the problem (it was the filthiest filter I’ve ever seen) and she said that she’s on a maintenance plan and it’s been changed every 3 months. I can’t see how that was possible 3. The worst part was the fridge. It froze our food items solid. That includes milk for my 1 year old. It’s very hard to survive a week with frozen milk with a baby who drinks a ton of it. It also froze our produce and ruined it. I told the host and she said it was a new fridge. Obviously something was wrong but we were never even offered 5 bucks for our lost groceries 4. Our feet were immediately black from the floor

Owner is great to work with, great communication. Good location with great view. There were a few issues but nothing real significant. I would stay at this property again.

We loved this unit! Lots of space, the elevator from the gift shop to the 4th floor saved us tons of time, and the communication with Julie was easy and so helpful! We would definitely book this unit again.

This condo is fantastic. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. Waking up every morning to that beach view was the highlight of the trip. The beach was beautiful, the water was crystal clear. The beach in front of the condo gets packed very early. People putting out chairs as early as 5 am. So we decided to walk a few yards down towards the pier and the beach was half as busy. The condo itself has really big rooms. Large living room and kitchen. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator but Julie was quick to respond and handled it fast. Perfect location next to the elevator that only goes up to the 4th floor. Would definitely book again.
