Important Guest Information

✔ Registered Guests Only – All names and ages must be listed on the rental agreement.

✔ Rental Agreement & ID Required – Must be submitted withing 48 hours after the booking.

✔ No Parties, Events, Pets, or Smoking – Strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Due to severe allergies in our family, we kindly ask you to find another condo if you require a Service Animal.

✔ Balcony Safety – It’s a Class 3 felony to throw objects from the balcony. Please supervise children and do not hang items on the railing.

✔ Parking at Calypso Resort – A $60 parking pass (per vehicle) must be purchased online before arrival. Print your pass for entry into the secure garage. Additional passes may be available but not guaranteed.

✔ Wristbands Required – Calypso Tower III wristbands are provided and must be worn in the pool and common areas. (A $25 replacement fee applies for each wristband if not returned.)

✔ Access Limitations – Guests do not have access to amenities in Calypso Towers I & II, but the tiki bar, beachside seating, and overpass crosswalk are open to all guests.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, please note that we have a doorbell camera located at the front door. This device records video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.

Florida’s weather can be unpredictable, especially May-October. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling unless there is a mandatory evacuation. To protect your trip, we highly recommend travel insurance

at booking. It’s affordable and covers weather, illness, and unexpected disruptions for peace of mind!
