Stayed Oct 8, 2023We received many emails regarding our reservation which was a minor nuisance. The place was clean and comfortable. A little pricey and the elevators are horrible. Takes forever to go anywhere. Especially if your on upper floors. We had a issue with our keypad lock. Called maintenance several times. Twice we got voice-mail then when someone finally showed up the guy told my son hes not sure whats wrong with it. That we need to make sure someone is in our room to let people in. I am not spending $1600+ to stay at the beach and someone have to stay in the room so we could come and go. So it took us about 15-20 tries each time we would go in the room to actually get inside. Not sure if we would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 4, 2023area rug needs to be replaced in the 607 east unit. Everything else was in excellent condition. we had a very enjoyable time.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Great location to Pier Park! The pool is amazingly big and only 5 ft in the deepest area. Great for children and adults. Disappointed with the beach chair set up. Even though the signs say no tents in front of the chairs that you pay for, there were tents and umbrellas blocking the view and access to the water. The beach chairs were also too close together. Otherwise, everything else was very nice!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The 6th floor was perfect for access and the view! The balcony door is hard to open and close, but if you have small children that would be great. Pier park and fishing pier is a short walk. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs attention. It’s dirty! All sound, this condo was great for our needs. I would stay again!
