This is the second time this year we have stayed at this condo. The ocean view is magnificent! And since it’s a corner room, you also have other window views of Pier Park, the ocean, and the pier. Warren is great to work with as they deliver everything as promised. Communication is great. The rental price is reasonable and we always feel safe there. We love being up high as you don’t have noise from the pool and you can see for miles. Sunsets are stunning! We love the Calypso! We take the elevator down and walk out the back door where you are steps away from the beach. Or the front door where we walk to Pier Park for great shops, restaurants, or a state of the art movie theater. Highly recommend!

Always love the view from our room. We would probably stay there again. It was good for our trip but this particular room/condo is in severe need of upgrades. There were no baking pans in the kitchen, the paint was peeling off the cabinets and the dishwasher is not level. Whenever you open the dishwasher the shelves slide out all by themselves. Curtains in the MB aren't completely attached to the curtain rod. Also, the WiFi is terrible. We tried to watch a movie and it continuely buffered until we just gave up. There is a WiFi extender in the MB, but no router that we could find anywhere. With some upgrades this room would be almost perfect.

Clean unit exactly as described, plenty of room to spread out, gorgeous views from balcony, easy to park and walk to unit, steps to pool and beach, short walk to Pier Park.

Calypso as a whole was one of the cleanest condos we have stayed at. Everyone was very friendly and the location was perfect! So nice to be able to walk to pier park and the pier. Room 2109W was beautiful. The beds were all very comfortable. Being up high was so nice to be able to look out over the ocean while on the balcony. Would definitely stay in this room again! Warren beach rentals was so easy to book through and contact! They were great to work with start to finish. Checkout was very easy also. Love that you only had to have dishwasher started upon checkout. This helped us be able to enjoy our coffee before departing at 5am. Also gave us confidence that the dishes in cabinet were clean rather than someone just throwing them back in the cabinets cause they didn’t have time to get the dishes ran through dishwasher and unloaded. Highly recommend parasailing! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

We’ve stayed in this unit several times over the years and have never been let down. Great furnishings, location, communication, and view. 5 star condo.

The condo was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The beach was just a few steps away, along with the pool and the tiki bar. There were also several restaurants and retail stores within walking distance..which was super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at condo for my son’s graduation. Some issues with property but overall a relaxing stay. Air conditioning worked well but we experienced when the balcony end of the condo was comfortable, the front of the condo was freezing. If the front of the condo was comfortable, the balcony end was too warm. Also paint was peeling on numerous doors and baseboards. Overhead light fixtures had bulbs missing cardboard under dining room table to fix it from wobbling would not stay in place. It did also seem strange that parking was not included with the price. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing.

It was an all around great stay! The view was amazing. Walking distance to mostly everything. My only complaint was a bathroom door didn’t close all the way or would get stuck.

We absolutely loved the west end view of the ocean and the pier. Being on the end of the building, the condo also provided panoramic views of the ocean and Pier Park. Higher floor elevation also tunes out the noise below at the pool or beach. But amazingly, you can still hear the ocean waves. Having three bathrooms were very convenient as each bedroom had their own. There was also a tv in every room. It was very enjoyable watching the sunset right from our bedroom with our sliding glass door to the balcony. We will definitely book 2109 West again and highly recommend this experience to others.

Everything was as advertised. Was very nice and comfortable with amazing views!

I stayed in this nice condo with both my daughters, son-in-law and grandsons for 3 nights! Nice, clean condo!

The stay was perfect. I would like to add , there is not a deadbolt on the front door so we placed chairs against the door to prevent my granddaughter wondering outside. Other than this, everything is perfect Thank you
