Calypso 2003W | 20th-Floor Gulf Views, Beach Service Included, Steps from Pier Park

The unit was very nice and clean with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The washer and dryer was a plus. There are no extra toiletries (toilet paper, trash bags etc.) Property management was unfortunately very disappointing. I called prior to arriving to ask about parking since we were planning on taking a larger vehicle. The person I spoke to was very rude and could not help me with my question and hung up on me. I had to make last minute plans on my vehicle reservation which was not easy only because I couldn’t get a straight answer from him. Once we arrived I was never able to contact ANYONE with Best Beach Getaways. Their was an issue with power being out in the building for a few hours and I had to make additional plans for my elderly mother which was an inconvenience. Best Beach Getaways never returned my call. With the amount of money being spent on the unit I definitely think we should have been treated better with at least a return phone call and a refund for the day we were without power.

Breathtaking views, saw different wildlife in the ocean from the balcony everyday. Pool was wonderful, easy beach access and beach chairs and umbrella is a great option. Very walkable for food and close to many shops. Would definitely stay again. Worth it alone for the amazing view and close proximity to the beach.

Condo was exceptionally clean! As soon as inspection was complete, we were allowed to check in about 2 hours early, which was nice. Only complaint was the master bedroom stayed a little warm (we like cold bedrooms) but as long as we kept the door open through the night, it was fine. Others might be fine with the temp. Overall I would book this condo again.

Everything was great except for the water pressure in the master shower. Shower head maybe, it would barely get you wet.

Had an excellent vacation and would definitely return to the unit we rented. Beautiful view, clean and well kept.

Never got an email on parking instructions! Management said we should have gotten one and to check spam folder, well we never received anything! I get that it might not have gotten sent out or maybe lost somewhere but when someone calls to ask there is no need to be rude! We were treated like we were stupid over the phone for no good reason..

Stayed at the Calypso multiple times always nice. This unit comes with beach service which is a big bonus.

We enjoyed being in walking distance to Pier Park.

We had a great time. We have stayed at Calypso many times. This condo was one of the better cleaner condos I’ve stayed in. The only thing I would change is maybe put a dehumidifier in to keep it a little more comfortable. I will definitely look at renting this unit again. BTW, I left a k-cup coffee maker for others to use.

We had the perfect stay

This condo was great, the furniture was beautiful and the view was amazing. Everything was very clean besides the floors, they were very dirty the bottom of our feet were gross the first day, we wore slippers the rest of the time. I still give this place 5 stars everything else made up for the floors!

Very clean and great location

We went to PCB for a few days with the family. With the dangerous ocean conditions we were thankful for the pool! Also, I am not usually able to be fully comfortable in rental spaces. This is by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in for any of our beach vacations. Thank you so much for the hospitality during our stay!

We absolutely loved this spot! Toddler friendly and super clean/updated.

It was me and 5 tweens and teens for 5 nights and the place completely met our needs!! Everything we needed to cook with was there, washer and dyer works great, the view was breath taking. We watched a sea turtle swimming about 8am from the balcony. So close to Pier Park and short drive to Walmart, Target and Starbucks! We did only get 2 rolls of TP and that wasn’t enough but we didn’t care! It was a great trip!!
