Beautiful property right in the beach, dining and shopping in walking distance. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Could use a few more coffee mugs. It was a cold, rainy week. A few throw blankets would be nice.

Great location, unit need some maintenance and updating. The air conditioner went out twice on the stay, was able to get it going the first time but not the second. Spent last two nights in an 80 degree room, no one ever showed up to fix it or called to inform us of that. Communication is an issue here. Loose floor tiles in master bath, mattress needs replacing, and toilet seat broken in hall bath. Perfect location though, walk to almost anything you need and the resort itself is very nice. Will stay at Calypso again but not in this unit.

Overall we had a good vacation. Location was amazing, check in/check out was fine. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Unit was stocked and had almost anything we needed. The main bed is way past time to be replaced. The mattress has a huge hump in the middle from being worn down so bad so sleeping on it was challenging. Also, the headboard continuously knocked against the wall. Unit could use some updating and has loose tiles in master bath. The couches and chair could also be deep cleaned or replaced. Our 2nd night there I could not get the unit to cool off below 74-76, I replied to the text that I received when we arrived and just got the standard reply from being OOO on weekend and then there was no follow up or response at all even during working hours. I turned AC off and let it sit and then back on and it seemed to cool off the next day and we had no further issues after that. Would return to Calypso again, but would look for another unit to stay until some upgrades or repairs are made here.

Location was amazing with all amenities within walking distance. The unit was well kept. I will stay again.

The room was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed. Love the Calypso resort and it's a short walk to Pier Park so you don’t have to drive to shop or eat. Highly recommend and our host responded quickly to any questions.

This property, I think was exactly as described. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was perfect for two people or even a small family. The couch slip cover needs to be replaced, I had to put a comforter on it to sit. It was definitely dirty. The beach is great and the tiki bar had goods drinks.Getting to and from the parking garage with all our stuff was kind of a pain, but manageable. Overall, a good stay.

Immediately upon arrival, was met by two maintenance men offering help/directions. Instructions on e-mail traffic was accurate and easy to follow. Opened room easily. Very clean and tidy. Weather outside was chilly making the temperature inside hard to maintain warmth. Impressive kitchen cooking tools and eating utensil stock. Bathrooms were very clean. 9:00 a.m. checkout is difficult for late risers. Overall--A

Overall the building is in a fantastic location to Pier Park. Beautiful views of the Gulf and the pier. The unit could use a deep clean but overall a great place. We didn’t realize until we got there that the bedroom is on the street side not the gulf side so it was a bit louder than we would have liked.

Weather was beautiful and the condo was nice place to relax and recharge for all the activities that you can do. Had a great time and will be back.

Loved the condo. Everything was great but the floors need a good cleaning. The toilet seats were clean but the toilet bowls needed a good cleaning

You can use a semiprivate elevator in the middle of the building to access floors 1-4. Where things went downhill is when we arrived, our door was left open, and our condo was over 80 degrees. The bath vanities had metal on the sides near the stools to cover up the **** rot. There was also black mold in the shower curtains. The icing on the cake were the couches. They were super dirty and had stains on them. I told my kids to not even sit on them. We have stayed a lot of other places in PCB that were cheaper and much nicer.

The floors had not been mopped in awhile I had to purchase a mop to mop so we didn’t have to keep shoes on the entire time. They had balloons, someone’s socks under the edge of the sofa that if the housekeeping would have even vacuumed would have noticed them, they had bottle caps on the tv stand so I don’t believe the condo was cleaned at all prior to our stay. Upon arriving the tv was not set so I contacted the staff which replied right away but once I stated the issue they did not respond again and I had to figure out that the tv needed to be rescanned for channels. The air conditioner was out one day when we noticed and reported it the informed us the whole building was out which should have been relayed to us before hand not after the fact. So again condo is great location in the complex and surrounding attractions but definitely needs better housekeeping and response on issues.
