Stayed May 29, 2025Early check in was easy to pay for and have approved, but it wasn't communicated that the code would expire. So when we got back late, we couldn't get in. After we finally got in to the condo, there were no sheets for the pullout. If we wanted them, we had to go back down to get them. Not my favorite process, especially after having to have already been at the desk twice that day. Condo itself is well furnished, and the views are unmatched. Master bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows weren't my favorite. Bunk beds need something better than a cardboard box between the top and bottom bunk, it was a little gross looking. Bring towels or laundry detergent if you don't like using the same towel for your whole stay, there were barely enough towels for the six of us and definitely not enough hand towels or washclothes. Also, cleaning standards are not very high, someone's swim cover up or nightgown was left on the back of the bathroom door and there was a bunch of trash underneath the bed & furniture. We learned a lot about how the company runs their condos and would stay again, as this location can't be beat. You can easily walk to Pier Park.

Stayed Jun 20, 2022We loved staying at this particular property. Everything was clean and ready for us at check in time. We had one maintenance issue but it was resolved quickly. The resort was perfectly placed. The kids loved the double swimming pools and us adults enjoyed the tiki bar. Will for sure be back!

Stayed Jun 9, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The space was exactly as described and offered what we needed. The teens in our group also enjoyed being super close to Pier Park. The only issue we had was the check instructions stated we would receive armbands, and when I checked with the front desk, they sent me across the street. I was then told, that the main desk in our building should have given them to me. So, I went back across and she said she thought I was in the other building, which we weren't, even after telling her what room we had. Ended up getting cards, which honestly were a pain to deal with since you can't wear a card. And, having to show them every time we would go into the pool was very inconvenient. It would have been much better to have arm bands. Other than that, the place was great and I would highly recommend it!

Stayed Apr 28, 2022Very Nice unit! Pictures were very accurate to real life! We had plenty of room for 6 ladies. Couple things needed repaired. Maintenance was accommodating for repairs! Couple minor things need to be tweaked but Overall a Great experience!
