Great view and pool was great

The condo was perfect! The view from the 12th floor was fantastic - not too high and not too low. As far as appliances, they have everything you need (Keurig and drip coffee maker!). There's even a closet with extra beach toys if you happen to forget yours. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but mattresses are a personal preference anyway. :) The location is absolutely perfect. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Pier Park is practically right outside of the condo and Shuckum's (a family favorite) is just a short walk away. Walmart is a very short drive - just down Powell Adams Road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again. The hosts were great and very responsive to any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay.

The condo was perfect! Well equipped with everything you need to have an amazing time. It was nice and clean also the bed was very comfy. We're already planning a return trip in the spring!

I love the location of the property. It's right in the heart of Panama City Beach. The kids really enjoyed the beach, not to mention the large pool area. They spent countless hours there. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had all the kitchen items needed to cook our meals. The only issue I had was the operation of the dishwasher but our host Jenny walked me through how to get it working perfectly and in a timely manner. Thank you so much Jenny and Barbara for making our stay so pleasant. We shall return!

We had a lovely time in PCB. Our condo was exactly as described and in excellent condition. We had no issues at all! Communication was excellent from the owners! We look forward to our next stay and would love to use them.

This unit was perfect for our stay! The check-in process was easy and the hosts were very welcoming, even offering early arrival if we needed it. This unit was immaculately clean and it was fully stocked with everything that we would need for our 6 day stay. This unit was also within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. We will absolutely be staying in this unit again!

My daughter and granddaughter stayed at this condo in September. It is an amazing unit!!! The view is breathtaking. Walk out of the building to the beach!!! T th he unit was clean and updated. We will book again and highly recommend this unit!!

We Stayed recently in East 1208 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Comfort, space, and location are the main things I look for when searching for a vacation rental. This condo was above expectations. The king size bed was so comfortable, I would have loved to being it home with me. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you could possible need. The cookware was in excellent shape which I have not found in many other units we have stayed in. Also, this condo had the Mr Coffee drip pot and a Keurig which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, I almost forgot - the fridge also had something many condos don’t have. It had a working ice maker and fresh filtered water. I made a great decision when I selected this condo.
