Stayed Oct 2, 2025Facility and pools were awesome. The king bed in 1207 was very soft and comfortable. Super easy checking in. The couch and loveseat looked bad and the coverups just made it look like a grandma’s house. Streaming on the tv in living room was glitching pretty bad. Washing machine and dryer sound like they need some attention. It makes an annoying sound so you can’t run it at night. Disappointing that there wasn’t a keurig. However we had a great trip and were able to work around these minor inconveniences.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Toe nail clipping on couch, sand on the floor in hall and master bedroom. The commode in front bathroom had to be flushed one than one time, had to use ice trays because ice maker ever made ice and the arm was down the whole time as the 2 signs stated on the refrigerator, but the view and the walking distance to shop and restaurants was great.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025The apartment was great. The front door seemed to have some issues with the code sometimes it would work and other times it would not. You would have to push it down then up. Might need to get a new frig soon definitely had trouble freezing things and ice maker did not work. But beautiful place love the decor and colors very homey. We didn't use the vacuum because the wheels were messed up and we were afraid they might damage the floor if we tried to push it, the broom worked just as good. Thank you for always having someone downstairs cleaning the bathrooms and mopping the floors in the breeze way, that simple little task makes a huge impact on the experience. We love PCB, the food, shops, all the kid friendly activities, just an amazing place. Both our boys have birthdays in June and instead of having parties with their friends they choose to go to PCB to celebrate. We will be back in 2026!

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Overall great condo! Could have definitely used more cleaning especially with the kitchen cookware and dishes. Location is great. Reached out one time to owner and had a very quick response. Would stay here again!
