3-1/2 star based on location. The condo was exactly as described and quite large for a 1-bedroom. We had 4 people and didn't feel cramped. Plenty of space to store ski gear without carpet getting wet. Condo was clean upon arrival. However, kitchen is very outdated with an old outdated pushbutton oven (1960's?), a dirty coffee maker, and no dishwasher or dish towels. What was most disappointing was the location to the slopes. It's about as far from Park City slopes as you can get, possibly closer to Deer Valley resort. The condo is literally at the top of an icy hill with no transportation to Town Lift. A 10-minute uphill hike after skiing all day was frustrating. The bus doesn't run up that far on Main St and the trolley didn't run because of too much snow, which seemed quite ironic. Why wouldn't a trolley have snow tires? Location would be great for family that doesn't plan to ski as it's surrounded by lots of restaurants.
