It was a great experience

Condo was great but lack of communication on the construction that was happening all week was disappointing. Jackhammers running most of the trip and had to walk through busted up tiles to get to our door.

This is a clean place that is well maintained and has pretty much everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the nights were nice & quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, but the walk is worth it. The resort has a nice pool and tennis & pickleball courts. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The condo was as described and was very nice. We go to Marco quite often and this rates as one of the best. The owners were communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was right below and never too crowded. The beach was a hike but I didn't mind as it was a nice walk through the sand or through the lagoon. Easy check in. And we love Marco Island, so much to do. as it was a nice walk it was a nice walk

Perfect place to vacation

This stay was great. The condo was clean and all working order. The host was wonderful calling to make sure I was ok since hurricane Milton hit my first week. I definitely would stay again since Marco Island is wonderful!!

We had an amazing family vacation here. The condo was very well stocked, clean and had the most amazing view. We had every meal out on the porch. I had read some reviews prior, that made me nervous, and wondered if it was family friendly. The host reassured me and when we arrived it was all families , especially at the pool. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach. The place is very convenient to shopping , restaurants and activities. The host always responded to me promptly. I highly recommend Caitlin’s Condo.

It was very enjoyable! Loved the condo! loved the beach & pool ,loved the security it had everywhere, loved how everything you needed for the week was available- towels, chairs, umbrellas, games, etc. I didn't like the size of TV in the master bedroom it was very small- Didn't like how far the walk to the beach pulling the wagon w/all our stuff on it was it's like a 15 minute walk- also, was surprised no food at the pool was not permitted. Overall it was very relaxing and comfortable.

Had an amazing trip. Condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Check in process was easiest I have experienced. Highly recommend it was a great vacation.

The condo was fantastic. The walk to the beach was a little long. Craig was very attentive to our texts and calls. Everything was fine except the weather. The weather had us pinned down for days but that's part of it, can't control that. I would recommend this unit to anyone but is kinda geared more toward older folks because Marco doesn't offer much for the younguns. Plus pool closes early and no lights on the beach.

The condo and location were spot on. Everything in the description of the property was accurate. My family enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. I would suggest for future client to let them know to be prepared to furnish several items including toilet paper, dish washing liquid, trash bags, as well as dish washed pods. The only reason I mention these items is I could have brought them with us. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your condo.
