CABO 101-Renovated & close to beaches.

It was good

Owner communicated with us from the start and was always available for answering questions. The place was super clean. The whole family loved it! Beautiful apartment right in front of the pool. Highly recommended!!

Things that could improve and take this place from an 8 to 10: Apartment needs a dresser in each room. Clothing and personal items had no place to go. Entrance delays (not owners fault). Sometimes the guard took 5-10 min to let us in as he was somewhere else (we saw him gossiping with a lady instead of letting us in). No place to sit pool (not owners fault). Definitely the pool needs some chairs and tables. Living room sofa is very hard and not conducive to sitting or relaxing. No cable on TVs. Hard to get any decent channels. Since only liquid soap was provided then we need little towels to be supplied. Great:Location location location : this place is close to awesome beaches (Combate, Boqueron). Roomy/spacious: 3 large rooms and nice patio area. Washer dryer: great to refresh towels and bathing suits. Parking for 2 cars even though we only needed one. Nice looking poolAllows pets. Owner communication was excellent. 1st floor is easy access for luggage and people with limited mobility.

Perfect set up for our family traveling. The pool in front was a big hit with the kids.

The host Jose and Natalie were amazing. Very attentive in my needs and place was cozy and ideal. 100% recommend as a destination location.

The condo was everything we expected from the listing with one exception - it was much further south than indicated. I believe the VRBO map shows it in central Cabo Rojo, while the condo itself is much further south. That ended up being okay for us, but I thought it might be an issue for others. We really enjoyed our stay. This is in a nice, quiet complex. We got plenty of use out of the pools after spending most of our time on various beaches. We like to move around a lot, so we explored many different beaches - some within a five or six minute drive and others as far away as Aguadilla. We found all the necessities we needed in this property, including nice towels, beach chairs and more. Host was super fast to return messages and always answered any questions we had. Overall it was a great stay.

Overall the experience was good. We had several issues but we did inform the property owner. Some things i know the owner couldn't help but there were a few things that could've been checked on & made sure to have been up to par before we got in.

Pros: Looks like the pictures.It's a nice place well maintained. Two minutes away from supermarket and gas station. Quick responses from managers/owners. Also, near beach. CON: There was a big storm when The last day we were there. We were without electricity. The owner. Could have prevented that Inconvenience, if they would have purchased a generator, Like some other apartments. For that reason, I would not recommend this place.
