Butler's Newly updated Downtown Condo, 2 King BR's, Beautiful View!!!!

If you are traveling with kids this place is perfect,Also the kitchen provides everything that you need. Super clean love it

Beautiful condo and prime location! We were able to walk almost everywhere and the best restaurants in G'Burg (in my opinion) were at the foot of our little hill. The beds were not comfortable but overall we were more than satisfied!

The location is perfect! The condo is beautiful, perfection! The host, you couldn’t ask for a better host. The two balconies were comfortable with pretty views. You can see part of the creek and hear the water.If they repair the separate elevator that takes you to the base of the steep hill, handicapped guest should have no issue, otherwise, the hill going down and back up is very steep, 175 steps (not stairs) up and about the length of a football field. Will definitely be our first choice if the base elevator is in working order.

Yes! The only issue was the ice maker didn’t work. But everything else very clean and nice

We loved this beautiful condo! So spacious and comfortable! It was more than we expected. The views were great! The Hot Tub was perfectly heated up and ready for us to enjoy!

Best place w have ever stayed in the area. This condo is everything and more. Park and walk! See the town swim in the pool go in hot tub!! All clean! This will be our go to place! Walking back up the hill form town was a challenge and grandkids kept saying come on granny but hey we are in the mountains! Love 10 stars

Butler's Downtown Condo did not disappoint! The location is great and this condo is exceptional. The unit was spotless with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding and two large bathrooms. The private balconies (there are 2!) are amazing with ceiling fans and plenty of upscale outdoor seating. We had rain one day and spent a couple of hours on the balcony just enjoying the rain. The unit was quiet for our entire stay. It is literally steps from the Parkway with ample parking. The Ober Mountain Tram can be seen from the balconies, along with spectacular mountain views. The condo is also very convenient to the Sugarlands park entrance. We highly recommend Butler's condo!

Condo was very clean, and very decorative. Afraid to touch anything lol. Would definitely book with again. Even got to see a bear!!

One of the highest compliments I can give is “exactly as advertised” and that applies to Butler’s. Simply an exceptional place to stay. Convenient. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Everything in working order. We will make it our home away from home for future Gatlinburg visits. Highly recommend!!

This was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed at through VRBO. We were so happy with it as soon as we walked in. The location was fantastic and having the balcony right by the creek was relaxing. This is certainly a place we would stay at again. It exceeded my expectations.

This place is amazing! A walking distance from all the shops, decorated like a luxurious cabin, tucked away from the noise of the main strip, this condo is the perfect location for you and your group! The ONLY thing we would have wanted were room darkening curtains while sleeping, as the lights outside were really bright! And of course, we would have wanted the hot tub to be open! And just FYI, The jacuzzi tub in the main bath takes a lot of hot water to fill up, and the hot water ran out easily. All in all, this is the BEST place we've EVER stayed, and we will DEFINITELY be using this condo when we go back!

We loved staying at the Butler's Condo in Summit Manor. All of the furniture was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the recliners! The couch was long enough for my 6'2 hubs to stretch out completely for his many naps. The beds were the most comfortable of any of the units we've visited. I did not wake up sore even once. The main shower had a nifty adjustable head that was quite helpful for the no hair wash days. :) The condo was nicely appointed with everything needed plus ample stocks of laundry & dishwasher detergent which was convenient & appreciated. The wind or a power surge caused the internet to crash during our stay. Jeff & Leitha were right on it with a new installation by the next day. This unit & the owners earned their spot at the top of our revisit list. ..

We stayed here over Christmas week and this place is great! The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The views from the balconies give a great view of Gatlinburg as well. With the shopping strip just feet from the condo, we walked everywhere with ease. I would highly recommend staying here, and this will be our go to again when we return.

We absolutely loved the condo. We stayed there before. This was a beautiful condo. Decorated perfectly and clean. I had a few questions for the owners and they responded wthin an hour. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into this condo. No stoned unturned. We like to go to Gatlinburg once a year. We plan to make this our place to go to every year.

This is our second time staying here. It’s super clean and convenient to shopping and dining. The Butler’s are super friendly and easy to work with. Great communication. We come to Gatlinburg every year and will be staying here again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very happy with this condo, the location could not have been better! Very clean and was just as described. Bonus was seeing bear every single night we were there! Will def visit this place again!!

We were two couples for the Monster on the Mountain. The rooms were both spacious, clean well appointed. The location was truely walking distance to everything downwn, especially the convention center. We cant wait to comback.
