Stayed Feb 12, 2025Closest building to the beach, this was a great location. This does come with a little road noise, but that’s the trade off with having a great view. Very clean and well appointed, lots of beach equipment. The lanai is a bit smaller than the other units in the complex, but does have a table with 4 chairs. The management company is great too.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Great location in a very popular and clean resort with great amenities for a family with a pool and a small but nice gym. Grounds are very clean and nice and right across the street from the beach and many popular areas. Easy to get to from the airport and Costco trips as well. Communication was excellent with no issues. 2 things we didn't love, furniture inside was very minimal and very dated including the beds which weren't great but satisfactory. And you best all be on the same schedule as there is no privacy with this layout, and no sleeping in if anyone is awake. Overall, we did have a great stay.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024After a long day of travel, it was so nice to walk in with no issues and clean! Matt was awesome to deal with very accommodating of all our needs. I heard a few stories about other management issues but not PMI Maui. The place was exactly as the pictures and description showed.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024First time to Maui and it was hard to choose a place but got it right. Great unit and complex. It was clean, safe and had amentities for every one. Best part is right across the street from a great beach. Also walking distance to places to eat.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kamaole Sands 10-406 was the perfect condo for a family traveling with teens! There was plenty of space for everyone. The beach was directly across the street. The pool was beautiful and the grounds of the condo were beautiful.
