Stayed Nov 24, 2022First off the elevator was broke & we were on the 3rd floor. This condo was not guest friendly. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there. Not enough kitchen equipment. The beds had one small pillow with no extras, no hair dryer, no blankets or throws. Just wasn't a good experience.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022For five hours during our stay, we were locked out of our room. For some reason, the dead bolt was locked. We are not provided a key. Someone else had to have locked it either from the inside or the outside. I repeatedly called and tried to get help. David came, but couldn't open the door. A locksmith had to be called. We had to find someplace to go to the bathroom and were late getting ready for our team outing. No one really seemed to think it was a big deal that we were locked out. In fact, one lady on the phone laughed. It was very unprofessional.
