Stayed Mar 22, 2025The unit was clean and modern with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and a nice layout. It was close to the beach. Due to the hurricane, there was a lot of construction going on and the outdoor area was not as usable as it appears in the photos.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024This is an excellent updated unit for a couple. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Beware: Siesta Beach House condos do not have either a on-site or on-call property manager. And you will be walking thru an active construction project to get to the beach.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Our reservation was for seven days but had to cut out early due to storm “Debby”. The full three days we were there was amazing. Everyone was very nice. The private beach was amazing with a perfect sunset every night. The unit was cozy, clean and beautiful. Communication with host was quick and informative. We will be back.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024My sister and I go to Siesta Key every February and loved this apartment. Perfect location, clean, everything was in order, and when we had a question about beach chairs, it was answered within two hours. Definitely recommend.
