This budget friendly option is located very close to the main attractions of Durham but the neighborhood is transitioning so you will find a mix of very old houses next to new flips and brand new houses. Neighborhood could be loud at night with some traffic. If you need more information of the neighborhood or location just ask me and I suggest to read all the information given before booking.
The space
This small residence is the left side of a duplex. The duplex is from 1940s but has been recently renovated. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a small kitchen that features a cooktop, microwave and a compact fridge.
there is one queen bed in the bedroom and it can sleep 2 more people in the pull out sofa. Please read the neighborhood description before booking. I included important details
Guest access
complete acesss to the left side of the duplex. 1 dog is welcome at the house. Breed of dog is required to be disclosed before booking.
We welcome dogs and we love them but there are some rules that apply to them. Please read all the rules before booking
Other things to note
Parking is on the street and also it has a small driveway to the left. the house is in the heart of Durham. Almost all Dtown Durham is transitioning so there are new flips next to old homes. Also the tenant next door watches TV during the day and you could sometimes hear the TV. If you are very sensitive to noises, this house is not for you.
Couches were changed recently so please be aware of that.
