Stayed Mar 19, 20225th year for family Spring Break in Orange Beach, we love the area. We were made aware of construction in the complex one week prior to our arrival when the only option was to cancel for a 50% refund (not a good option obviously). Multiple mornings we woke up around 7AM to concrete grinding outside front door, dust/dirt everywhere, pool closed, walkway to beach closed, tennis courts closed, etc. According to Property Management, construction won’t be complete until approx July 2022. The disappointing part was that other families we traveled with had very accommodating owners that reduced the price due to the inconvenience. We were not fortunate enough to be in one of those units.

Stayed Oct 7, 2021The condo is perfectly located with great space, set up and amenities. Parking is a lil awkward, but manageable. Close to Florabama and other sites, yet not in a super busy area.
