Stayed Dec 26, 2025The host was very responsive and kind. Seamless entry and exit. Plenty of towels, clean blankets, etc. Clean, newer unit with easy access to garage for free parking. Great experience and stay. Great holiday touches as well! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Host very attentive. Floor was not clean in certain areas. Peeling paint and missing wall devices (sprinkler covers?) Sheets did not fit. Main problem was overwhelming scent of room deodorizer that we could not get rid of. Shower problem fixed immediately with lots of hot water

Stayed Oct 24, 2025The condo was fantastic, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The host provided detailed check-in and check-out instructions, making everything smooth and easy. I also took advantage of the on-site gym; while it’s small, it has everything you need for a solid workout. The 5th-floor outdoor area is a great bonus, with plenty of seating and a nice view overlooking Broad Ripple Village. Best of all, having a secure garage for parking instead of street parking was a huge plus. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Liked the layout of the apartment - bedrooms on either end with kitchen and living room in the middle. Liked having two bathrooms. Close to relatives who live in Broad Ripple. Really like the Broad Ripple area. Have recommended this place to others. Very convenient to load and unload from parking garage. Could have had a few more things handy - kleenex, coffee, kitchen towel, better toilet paper.

Stayed May 23, 2024I rented this for my husband and his buddy, who went to Indianapolis for the Indy 500. They said the apartment is just as attractive in person as in the photos. Bright, airy, and comfortable...everything looked clean and new. Comfy beds. Really nice neighborhood. I did communicate with the host, Kyle, who was incredibly responsive and helpful when there were questions. An excellent Vrbo experience all around!
