Indianapolis holds a special place in our hearts—it's where I proposed to my wife—so returning to Broad Ripple for this milestone was incredibly meaningful.The location couldn't have been better. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, including great shops, restaurants, and unique stores that make Broad Ripple so charming.The apartment itself was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The cute one-bedroom was in great condition, with a comfortable king-size bed and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.Kyle was an outstanding host! His communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. We even added extra days on two separate occasions, and he was extremely accommodating in making those arrangements seamless.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Broad Ripple. Our anniversary was made even more special because of this wonderful space, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!

Stayed Nov 14, 2024This was a perfect weekend stay for us to get away! The layout of the property was great. The bed was comfortable, patio was very nice, and appreciated the coffee. The location was exactly what we were looking for. It’s right on the Monon Trail-great for walking/enjoying nature and right in the middle BroadRipple- great for eating and shopping. The property seemed safely maintained and other tenants were friendly. We had difficulty with the exterior key fob once, which was a building issue not the Vrbo owner’s issue. When messaged about it, they were able to quickly rectify the problem.
