There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This condominium is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guestswill need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental.     Overall, very good. Small issue with the lock of the entrance door. Didn't work well and having difficulty to lock out or to come in.

    Location was ideal for our needs and a balcony to see the amazing fireworks! The place was immaculate but could have used more housewares like dishes, cups, glasses and a vacuum or at least a swiffer! Toiletries like bath soap was sparse for an 8 day booking

    This unit is very nice and clean. My family enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The building is within walking distance of any of the restaurants, shops and breweries downtown but is also close to the highways to get out a bit for hiking and other activities. We never felt unsafe walking around the area. It is across the street from a bus station which has some street noise but nothing that caused us any issue. The management is outstanding and was very responsive. We will definitely seek this unit out when we are back in the Asheville area.

    The location of this property was great. So convenient to everything, but we were afraid to take advantage of that and walk many places, bc the property is across from the bus station. Vagrants begged for money while we went in and out of the parking garage. Overall, we were disappointed and uncomfortable.

    I’ve nothing to say about the apartment, it is beautiful with all modern comforts, parking spot perfect and secure, couldn’t hear any noise coming from other apartments. The real big issue was the location, even if just 5 minutes walk to downtown, we felt very insecure walking home. During the day you’re constantly harassed by several homeless people, ok no big deal just tell them to leave you alone. Last night though, around 11pm we have been followed and yelled at by a very scary guy, probably drunk or on drugs, we literally had to run home to avoid contact. ABSOLUTELY DON’T WALK AT NIGHT, get a UBER!!!

    This property was exactly as promoted. New, clean and close to everything downtown. We felt very safe in this property with the garage code metal door, codes to get into the property, codes for the elevator and codes for the residence. Note here, do not forget your codes or have them written down. The property is literally two blocks to entertainment, breweries, restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the living room furniture is modest at best and not comfortable for movie watching. Everything else was Top shelf for top shelf price. You get what you pay for.
