Great place! They’ve made some changes in paint and flooring since the pics were taken but it still looks great. Only thing that seems dated is the carpet on the stairs. Excellent location with easy walk to the beach and we loved the included beach toys, floats, etc. they have for guests in the garage. My only real Issue with the place is that unfortunately the smallest sound carries through the whole house. It’s like the walls inside the place are paper thin. However, we didn’t hear our neighbors at all, so that was good. Overall, this was a good value for the price and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, beach wasn’t very busy, 2 minute walk to the Gulf, quiet area, 2 minute walk to trolley. Grill and washing machine were not functional which is a big reason for the rating.

Overall, it was a great location listed exactly like we wanted and Moore. The only problem was. I kept getting text from the people saying about a disturbance or just constant texting me when I was trying to be on the beach trying to enjoy my vacation about a bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with us. A lot of the questions should be asked when we are completely finished with our vacation not during our time there.

The Stay was great! Everything you need and so close to the beach!

House was the perfect size and loved the layout. Location right on the beach was very convenient!

Great vacation

The property was nice and the location was great but there are some issues. The door handle to the deck was very loose and we got locked out twice until I found a neighbor who had a screwdriver, two days later it was loose again. The front door handle felt like was going to break every time you closed the door. The washer took multiple times on spin to get the clothes ready for the dryer. The dryer worked great. Half way through the trip the gate code stopped working. All of this has been manageable but the issues is, I saw what appeared to be roaches in the display of the stove. I relayed this with pictures to my property contact and was told someone would be out but never seen anyone. The property contact was very polite and friendly.

Good location. Generally clean. Needs some upgrades but overall good experience.

Just rent it! It's all about location. This is super close to the beach. The house isn't fancy. Feels a little outdated, but it's cozy. The fridge does not get cold enough, even on the coldest setting. Our canned drinks would not cool even overnight. We had to toss out some amazing leftovers because we did not want to risk that they werent kept fresh at a cold enough temp. We did not bring this to the attention of management as it was a mild inconvenience. They do need to get that checked though. We were not supplied any linens for the sofa bed so we had to make do. Also, the owner's vehicle is parked in the garage. Not a complaint, just a head's up since we anticipated to be able to park both of our vehicles inside the garage. Back patio is nice and has a table and chairs so you can sit outside. Also, we had both Amazon and Instacart deliver here with no issues. The house is comfortable and you won't be spending much time there with all there is to see and do in Pensacola anyway.
