Stayed Oct 2, 2025Overall it was a pleasant experience. There were just a few things that could have been different to make the stay even better. The biggest issue was the locks on the sliding doors. They were super loose, so if we shut the door, it would lock, leaving us locked out. That’s not good if you’re stuck on the top balcony. Also, none of the doors inside had locks on them so there was not much privacy in the bathrooms or bedrooms. The only other issue was the lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen. It made it tricky to cook without a skillet. Other than these things, we enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, and was a great location for restaurants and shopping!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025Cute and Clean. Walkable to beach and restaurants. Pool was just across the way. We really enjoyed our stay. Cozy and quiet neighborhood. We flew in…. and were disappointed that no beach towels were provided.

Stayed May 31, 2025We had power issues with internet and operating lights in main bathroom. Slow response in resolving our issues. Bathroom lighting never resolved during our stay. Good location to beach and nice area.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We loved the townhome. It was well appointed and the pond was beautiful and tranquil. It was a close walk to the beach. We rented bikes and loved biking throughout the area. Perfect spring break!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Property was convenient to Seaside (approx. 7 min drive). Beach access was a fairly easy walk (we didnt take beach items, just ourselves). Community could definitely use some attention, like pressure washing wood and repairs!
