Bright, spacious 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with cable internet and a breathtaking ocean view with great amenities including two pools and a game room!

Condo was clean.very nice view.Intermitant TV from Fri evening till Sunday evening. Called 2Xs to resolve. Also had to pay 65.00 to park in the garage.

Property was exactly how it was shown in pictures the it has a beautiful view of the ocean.

The stay in a hole was good, with a great and lots of amenities. However the check-in process was very stressful and the man working the front desk made me feel uncomfortable as well as my partner. As soon as the nice lady’s in the back came over his disrespectful attitude quickly changed. Bonnie Moore is a very nice lady she helped me through the hole process.

The room was extremely dirty. Every piece of outdated furniture was scratched dented or broken. Complete false advertising

As noted in email to property managers, the condo was in poor condition with chairs ready to fall apart, stains in carpeting, surfaces that produce blackened wipes , broken lamp, damaged shower ceiling tiles, chipped paint on all painted furniture, dirty grout in tiled areas, mattress covers in tatters , etc. perhaps other units in Sea Watch are in normal condition but this one is disgraceful.

Great view from balcony. Loved the building amenities but the condo itself was not super clean and furnishing were a bit shabby and out of date. Beds were old and uncomfortable!

Bring your own vacuum!!!! This place is gross! Pizza in the couch, broken blinds (that looks into the unit), broken blinds for the patio, the lock for the sliding glass door is broke (16th floor!!!!), and the carpets were disgusting! As soon as we walked in we put the kids in a porta crib and clean the ENTIRE place (even though we paid extra for the “COVID cleaning” ) the floors were horrific! I called the rental co. And they had someone come right back out and vacuum... unfortunately her vacuum doesn’t pick up sand???? We will NEVER recommend anyone rent this unit but the building is amazing! This staff is super great and nice! So many amenities we never left. Location is awesome!

The condo served its purpose. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. The condo was pretty outdated though. The toilet in the master bedroom took about 1 hour to fill so we really weren’t able to use it. Also the screws in the carpet stripping were sticking up which was a little dangerous.

Condo was great. The only problem we had was the sink water in the kitchen went down slow and the garbage disposal didn't work. Could use black out blinds in the living room area. View was awesome and the having everything centrally located was a bonus.

when first entering the room the room was filthy. There was piss all over the seats in the bathroom, piss all over the floor and crap on the bathroom rugs. The mirror is broken with a big crack. The chain for the toilet is rusting and came off which i had to fix. Both sliding glass doors were broken and could not be opened. Two out of 3 tv's in the room were broken. The stove is filthy and needed to be cleaned. The tiles to the floor were broken in certain areas. Chain to the door is broken. Looks like the place has not been cleaned or taken care of in awhile. When calling the company there was no care in the world. We were pretty much told take it or leave and get our money back after traveling 4 hours to enjoy a vacation. We expressed that we had young children and wanted a working chain on the door along with working sliding door locks but still no care. We had to call numerous times and finally had our sliding doors fixed and the handles put on because one door did not have a handle. The handle was actually sitting on the couch when we walked in. The screens are also broken on the sliding doors. The floors were not clean.
