Stayed Jun 8, 2025But the apartment itself is in very bad condition..the kitchen cabinets are dirty..the windows are also very dirty, lots of dust...the dishwasher is bad...when you open the door the dishwasher comes out .If you don't look at all that the apartment is good.

Stayed Sep 10, 2023Condo was spacious and as advertised. The internet was a little spotty but the location was wonderful and the condo was spacious. Communication with staff about an issue with the garbage disposal was quick and they responded promptly to fix the issue.

Stayed Apr 17, 2022We enjoyed our stay here, it was our first time. The property and location was great- beach was absolutely gorgeous. My only suggestion for the unit is a deep cleaning- like everything - fans, AC , dust, and mop. And please invest in upgrading your tv’s and outdoor patio furniture. Otherwise great place.

Stayed Dec 31, 2021We love gulf place! We can walk to restaurants and the beach. The beach access is great too. First time staying in this unit. It wasn't as clean as I was expecting...mold in the bathrooms. Other than that it was great!

Stayed Dec 27, 2021Property was as advertised, close to the beach and many restaurants, and of course Pecan Jack's! From the balcony you can see a little bit of the Gulf. The pool area and hot tub were good. It was quiet at night, and the wifi worked fine. I would stay here again.
