Reef Club 407 is located in Indian Rocks Beach. This lovely vacation rental unit has a lovely Gulf view! It was just completely redone with new tile throughout, new paint, a new kitchen, and new bedding. There is also new artwork on the walls. Amenities include secure internet access, a private full-size washer dryer, and covered parking. The complex is marvelous, very friendly, and family oriented. It has two elevators a shared hot tub, tennis courts, grills, and the largest pool on the beach!

7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

good condo, was able to speak with owner during trip about some of our concerns and is aware of updates needed.. def would go back after speaking to owner
The condo is nice, the beach was beautiful, the hot tub and pool were convenient. 5 people and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay, though the communication with the property manager VACASA was poor. At first there were lots of messages welcoming us. But when we reported some broken items, missing parking pass and gate codes. We found lots of outdated brochures, the welcome book was in disrepair, the guest book was buried under the outdated brochures. We left a note for housekeeping about the broken items, hopefully these things will be taken care of before the next guests arrives. We did have trouble with the door lock (our fault) but the response was quick for that. We could not get the door to lock- which was a safefty issue.
The room was clean and had everything needed. The A/C quit working one day and Vacasa said they would send a tech to come out and fix it. They never showed up. But luckily the a/c started working again.
Pictures of property dont match what you get. Newly remodeled…ha, maybe 10 years ago remodeled. Needs updated. Was looking forward to no shower curtain in master as pictures showed shower door, nope…it was a shower curtain! Bathroom has 15 lightbulbs and makes it very hot in there! AC doesn’t put enough air into bathroom to help. AC went out multiple times on us while staying. I contacted vacasa and they gave me steps to take to see if a reset would work, it did and it did a couple more times but then it wouldn’t work anymore. It got hot in there! Was told by vacasa that AC is required to be at 73 or the unit would freeze up, sorry, what?? I’m not keeping it that warm in my condo that im paying over 2k for especially when my home is set lower than that too. Also, no where did it state keep at 73 and when i told them that i was told to try 70/71 and keep a close eye on it lol. We had 4 kids and 2 adults so there was plenty of room for us! Loved the huge living room area. The outside amenities were great, pool was perfect, kids played tennis, and the little extra gaming area off the pool and tennis area was awesome! The gas grills outside worked well, we used them and lots of others too. Closeness to ocean was perfect! Upon arrival i went around wiping things like counters and they had dusty or particles of some sort plus hair on them. Kitchen table looks gross but is stained and the chairs for table are cloth and was once probably white but now nasty and gray/black.

It’s a nice space in a good location but needs updating. Both bathrooms had water damage to the doors. Not sure how the unit below doesn’t have some water damage to the ceiling in the master bath as there was a pretty good gap between the wall & the facet. The tank on the stool in the 2nd bath was very loose. That was fixed on the 2nd day. The shower door in that bathroom was also not attached on the lower track. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there & thankfully it was cool because it was 2 days before it was fixed. The thermostat won’t go below 70 so hope the guests aren’t warm blooded! Some electrical issues with outlets not working but were also fixed on the 2nd day. We were not given a parking pass & were told it wasn’t needed as long as we parked in the appropriate spot but on our final full day the maintenance guy came around & said if you didn’t have one your car was going to be towed! Good things were the pool & hot tub and easy/close access to the beach.
The space was perfect for family meal, games, etc. The beds were comfy. Laundry option huge bonus.

Location was great. Tennis court great. But the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Tvs didn't work.
We had so much fun spending time with one another! The amenities are awesome and it was walking distance to almost everything!

The condo was large & comfortable, the owner group was exceptional on communications. The only negative was the parking the one assigned spot was fine But the guest parking was very limited so we had to park one car on a side street in a local neighborhood which isn't mentioned in listing. If you're renting a 3 bedroom condo there is a good chance you'll have more than one vehicle. The only other thing that we weren't thrilled with was they had pest control come in our condo & spray and we were never notified that this was taking place ,so while were out strangers are in our condo & we hadn't locked anything up.
Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed staying at this property. The bedroom floor was swept but not mopped, I think. I accidentally spilled something on the floor and when I went to wipe it up, the paper towel was very dirty. I then wet another paper towel and found that other parts of the floor were also dirty.
First time staying at the The Reef. We weren't told or given the beach gate code that would have been nice to know. They need to have more carts for our luggage to carry to our rooms. They only had 2 with everyone checking in on Saturday. I think every room should have one and kept in the room. Other then that if was nice, we loved and enjoyed our stay.
