Stayed Jun 21, 2023Do not rent this property, it is dirty and smells old. Dog next door barked nonstop. Company that rents the condo is incredibly unhelpful. Will not do business with them in future.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Great location for swimming in the channel and the open ocean and beach. Would have appreciated a dishwasher, but we did understand it’s a small space. The futons in the living room were ok for the kids, but would be very uncomfortable for teens or adults. The restaurant next door is very good.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023The resort has everything you need to enjoy your beach days without needing to head anywhere else. A restaurant, convenience store and Tiilamock ice cream truck are a few steps away from the front door. The quick walk along the creek to the ocean is perfect! We liked that it was located right between Pacific City and Lincoln City as well. Plenty to do with ready access to anything you need.
