Bright Oceanview Studio Steps to Beach West Maui

Royal Kahana is a premier beachfront resort on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. This resort has some of the best ocean views as it sits on Kahana Bay! Enjoy beautiful sunsets as well as whale watching during winter months. Royal Kahana is centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk away, you are able to enjoy a variety of restaurant choices from Dollies pub & cafe to take out Sushi at Miso Phat. Plenty of dining and entertainment options at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and nearby championship golf courses in Kapalua. You are also welcome to all the amenities that Royal Kahana provides such as table tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, heated pool and gas grills on site.

Royal Kahana 216 is a cozy, second floor studio with spectacular views! This unit sleeps 4 guests with a King size bed and a queen size pull out bed. Enjoy indoor dining for two or dine al fresco on your private lanai while you take in the stunning views. This studio has a kitchen for meals you decide to dine in. The convenient bathroom includes a spacious walk in shower and ample storage space. Stay cool inside with central AC and ceiling fans or simply open up your lanai door to enjoy those cool ocean breezes! Pack light as this unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Please note that all reservations are subject to an $18 per night parking fee plus applicable tax. This fee is collected directly by the Royal Kahana Resort at the front desk between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Guests arriving after 8:00 pm must register their vehicle with the night-watch desk and pay the fee the following morning. This parking fee is set and collected by the resort and is not affiliated with My Perfect Stays.

Enjoy swimming at Kahana Bay directly in front of the resort or simply take a 5-10 minute beautiful scenic drive North to some of Maui's famous beaches such as Napili Bay which is famous for its snorkeling. Head a little further north and find stunning Kapalua Bay and all the luxuries Kapalua has to offer. Take a short drive South and come across Ka'anapali Beach and all the entertainment it has to offer.

During the winter months, North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. Direct beach access is currently NOT available but this is subject to change. There is beach access at the neighboring resorts, again this is dependent upon the currents.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
