Bright, oceanfront condo with balcony, AC, laundry & outdoor pool

Beachfront balcony is wonderful!

The condo itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished both inside and out. It was the perfect fit for our family, and we truly enjoyed the location. That said, we did experience a few issues during our stay. Upon arrival, it took us 45 minutes to get into the unit due to a problem with the lock, which required a lengthy call with Vacasa. The sliding glass door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and close, and while we were told this was a known issue, it wasn’t repaired until mid-week—after making multiple text requests-making it hard to fully enjoy the outdoor space in the meantime. Most unfortunately, the air conditioning unit began leaking on Wednesday, which forced us to end our vacation early. We were told we had to leave. We were told this was also a known issue, and we wish it had been addressed prior to our stay so it wouldn’t have disrupted our family vacation. Despite these setbacks, we appreciated the overall comfort and cleanliness of the condo and would be open to giving 6K another chance on a future visit to Ocean City—hopefully with all maintenance concerns resolved ahead of time.

Beautiful place, great location with unbelievable sunrises! We will be back! Kudos to VACASA, we left a bag in the room, they were able to find it and for a small fee mail it to our home, solid customer service! The unit we stayed in was as advertised, it was AMAZING!!!

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect and so close to the beach. Beautiful view! You could tell the building was a little on the older side but this unit was well taken care of. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

View was great. It is dated in some areas, but it looks like there is a slow renovation happening with the updated kitchen and master bath. Still was a great place to unwind and let these ocean waves wash away your troubles.

Only issue was in one of the bathrooms, every time the toilet was flushed there was a very long and annoying rattle.

The condition of the unit did not meet expectations. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean. It's in dire need of an update. We won't stay in this unit again.

The only positive remark that I can make is that the view from the balcony is amazing! The home and its amenities are very dated. The ceiling fan in the living area was missing a blade. And the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were coated in grime and dust. One toilet ran constantly and there was mold in the showers. We spent a good amount of money for 2 nights and overall found this rental disappointing.
