The Space:

The ocean stretches wide from your private lanai, the air carrying that easy warmth that defines Honolulu regardless of the season. From this upper-floor perch inside the Waikiki Banyan, the view is yours to return to all day - over morning coffee, between beach trips, or as the sky shifts colors in the evening. Everything that makes Waikiki worth visiting sits just outside: the shoreline, the restaurants, the shops, and the steady, unhurried energy of the neighborhood.



Living space

Step inside to an open, comfortable layout kept cool by a window AC unit throughout your stay. The living area offers relaxed seating, natural light, and a 43 TV. High-speed wifi and an Ethernet connection make it easy to stream, work remotely, or simply stay connected. The dining table seats up to four and works equally well for shared meals or mapping out the next day.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, offering a quiet, private space with a king-size bed, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. In the living area, an L-shaped pull-out sofa accommodates a third guest comfortably. Bed linens, cotton sheets, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a GE refrigerator, freezer, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, Samsung stainless steel single oven, microwave, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, rice maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started.



Bathroom and essentials

The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, hot water, and a full set of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. An outdoor shower is available within the building, handy after a beach session. Towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are all supplied. A paid washer and dryer are available in the building, and the unit is stocked with an iron, hangers, and cleaning products.



Outdoor living and building features

The private lanai is furnished with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, giving you a dedicated spot to take in the ocean view. The building offers a shared outdoor pool, 3 shared hot tubs, and a shared sauna. A shared electric BBQ grill and sun loungers are also available. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your use, along with shared beach access nearby. An outdoor playground is on the premises for younger guests.



Parking and access

Free parking in the on-site garage accommodates one vehicle, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on the premises. The building has elevator access, a private entrance to the unit, and self check-in via smart lock. The home is single-level with no interior stairs. Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are welcome.

    The view is spectacular, the room is really nice, the building is great, on-site parking is a huge bonus, and the coffee shop in the lobby odd fantastic! We would definitely stay there again. It’s a quick walk to lots of restaurants and the beach, and a fairly easy drive to get anywhere.

    Room was clean and neat. Had all the amenities needed to make our daily meals (we hate eating out!). Views were amazing! Close to EVERYTHING, both walking and driving. We were happy to have a parking spot after long days of the soaking in the sun and sand around the island. We loved our stay and we’re looking forward to coming back!

    We enjoyed staying at this property, especially since it’s on the 27th floor, which had a view of the ocean. It was perfect for a couple. The AC is quite noisy if you are a quiet sleeper. However, it worked out perfectly because it blocked out some of the interior and exterior noise? We would stay here again.

    We flew to Honolulu with our son and daughter-in law to attend our daughter's graduation from U of H. The flat was tidy and accommodated 4 adults. It was conveniently located and well equipped. I would only wish for a separate entrance to the bathroom not through the Master BR. I didn't notice that when I booked, but it worked ok. Otherwise thumbs up!

    Internet too slow, working only 2G speed, Kitchen need more wine glasses (was just 1 ) the knives was useless for cutting anything . WILL BE NICE TO HAVE HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD Not complaining just suggesting.

    Convenient location. Easy to get to tours shopping, & restaurants. Bed very comfortable. Furniture a bit drab. Needs bars on shower.
