Bright & luxurious condo w/shared hot tubs, fitness, pool, game room & more

Loved the location and set up of this condo. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of space in the living area. Will definitely request this unit again!

Trailmark Lodge is a great property and this room -- an end unit with lots of light and a great balcony -- was super clean and very comfortable. Building amenities are terrific and staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs! And the ski storage and boot room were convenient and easy to access. Pre- and post-trip communications were clear and provided all the information we needed. Check-in was a breeze. We think this location is actually better than being in the base area. We used the Wildhorse Gondola (steps from the Lodge entrance) both to access skiing and to wander in the Village for shopping and drinks. We also appreciated the shuttle service to downtown which was super easy (and super quick).The were a few VERY MINOR nitpicks: (i) Most notably, the showerheads were below standard for a unit of this quality -- both bathrooms had poor water pressure and the master bath had only a rain shower that was likely good for a steaming, but not particularly good for cleaning one's self; (ii) while the kitchen was well appointed, there were surprisingly few drinking glasses, so we were constantly washing and re-washing; and (iii) the in-unit HVAC system can be a bit noisy. But again, all of these were minor details that we probably only noticed because everything else was more than suitable and none of these would keep of us from re-booking this property.

Before we arrived, I had reached out to the host asking about the possibility of early checkin and if there were pool towels available. The person who responded (AI?) clearly was not familiar at all with this specific property and just responded with canned answers. They didn't know if the unit had pool towels and suggested we bring our own (who has room to pack pool towels in their luggage). Come to find out the complex provides pool towels, so the host or robot who answered my inquiry clearly didn't know anything about the property or unit. The unit itself was comfortable, clean and spacious. The deck overlooking the pool was large and shady. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. My only other feedback is also along the lines of this lacking the personal touches of an awesome host. For example, the kitchen didn't have any basic supplies like spices or oil. And only 2 servings of coffee were provided for a 3 day stay. There was a Keurig but no cups were provided. I've stayed at a lot of short term rentals and I've found these things are almost always provided. So, just be aware if you stay here, you need to bring everything with you (except for pool towels!). The location was okay. Walkable to the base of the ski resort but it was an uphill hike. The shuttle to town didn't operate in the summer so we always had to drive to town. There isn't much very close to this resort. This location would be ideal in the winter as the gondola is right in front!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Awesome amenities. Our son enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, game room and gym. Comfortable beds and ample space for the four of us. Would definitely book again.

I loved the layout. Two bedrooms with their own bath separated by LR, DR and kitchen. Perfect for two couples. Beautiful pool with three hot tubs. Check in and out we’re super easy. Condo was very clean and well stocked. They even supplied pool towels. And there is a washer/dryer which is great for families. Will definitely rent this unit again.

One of the best condos we’ve stayed at. Everything was immaculate and EASY! The location can’t be beat with the gondola literally right outside the lobby doors. The pool, hot tubs, and game room were perfect evening entertainment for teen boys. This place was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Location, property and condo are fantastic. We will definitely stay again when traveling to Steamboat. One “head scratcher service” was at checkin… we approached the desk at 3:30 and asked if our condo was ready. The gentleman stated “it was still being cleaned” of which we acknowledged yet I was able to seen envelopes on the counter and ours was there. At 3:55 I asked again and was told the same. At 4:01 I asked again and at this time the man reached over to the envelopes and pulled ours out. Everyone else working the front desk was fantastic except this man.

We loved this condo! It was comfortable, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. It has a great view of the pool, it's a corner unit so we felt like we had privacy, and the beds were comfortable. The fireplace was great after spending time in the pool/hot tub while it was snowing. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, the layout of the condo. Beds were comfortable. Central AC was huge! Well appointed kitchen. Clean and new appliances. Great staff, pool, game room etc. would stay again. Wi-Fi was good too.

Beautiful accommodations with oversized deck featuring amazing views! Spacious home with fully equipped kitchen and welcoming fireplace. Gracious on-site amenities with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Close to town and across the road from the amazing tennis center! Perfect place for family gathering or couples retreat!
