We had a view of the harbor at one end and street at other with a small peak at the gulf.nit was clean and comfortable. We met the neighbors our first day who were welcoming and hospitable.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moorings 302 is a very comfortable 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen is small, but it is really well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The few glitches we encountered were promptly addressed by Andrew. We really enjoyed the pool and friendly residents of the Moorings. The location is very convenient, about 10 minute walk to the south Marco beach entrance.

The unit is well equipped, clean and in a great location. The owners and renters of the other units have made us feel right at home. Andrew and the staff at Marco Island Vacation Rentals have always been professional and resolved the very few issues we had with the unit.
