Stayed Dec 31, 1969Consistently clean with all the amenities you could ask for, and more! Safe, secure, beautiful. Only steps away from the beautiful beach, and a short drive to the boardwalk. Always a wonderful time!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Hello, I stayed on 41st. 3 years ago with my son and was nice but for some reason I liked this place a lot better. Place was very nice and great location so close to beach! Beautiful Northside Park right close by. Thought it was going to be a not so nice week weather wise but got very lucky with it. Time went by so fast hopefully I will get a chance again next year!!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This one bedroom condo was larger than I imagined it would be! it was immaculate and very quiet, with comfortable furnishings and sweet beach decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to make an excellent meal. We loved the outdoor deck and enjoyed a glass of wine there each evening. The owners were very helpful and the location was perfect. We hope to come back again next year!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit is in excellent condition and has all of the necessities for your stay. The unit was well cleaned and came with starter packs for laundry, dishes, instant coffee, soap, and more. Very close to the beach (less than a 1 minute walk). I highly recommend this place. It's great value at this price point! The only downside(s) is there is no dishwasher and the sofa bed is not that comfortable (are any?).

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I recently stayed here with my 5-year-old son and we enjoyed our stay!! Everything was so clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for all of my cooking needs! My son and I loved to sit outside every day to enjoy our breakfast and lunch in the nice weather and also I did not need to carry as much stuff to the beach since the walk was very short!
